Pabrik Blast Furnace Pada tanggal 15 November 2011, Perusahaan
menandatangani kontrak pembangunan pabrik Blast Furnace dengan konsorsium Capital Engineering
and Research Incorporation Limited “MCC-CERI” dengan nilai kontrak sebesar US321.900.000 dan
Rp1.800.900 untuk PT KE. Proyek ini bertujuan untuk membangun komplek pabrik Blast Furnace
baru yang terdiri dari Blast Furnace, Sintering Plant, Coke Oven Plant, Pig Iron Caster, Stockyard dan
MaterialHot Metal Handling yang memproduksi 1.200.000 metrik ton hot metal dan pig iron per
tahun. Pada tanggal 31 Maret 2012, manajemen Perusahaan
memperkirakan persentase
penyelesaian pabrik Blast Furnace ditinjau dari aspek keuangan adalah sebesar 0,10. Proyek ini
direncanakan selesai dalam waktu 35 bulan setelah pekerjaan dimulai.
Mesin Horizontal Boring and Milling Pada tanggal 6 Agustus 2010, Perusahaan
menandatangani
kontrak pekerjaan
proyek Horizontal Boring and Milling Machine pada pabrik
CRM dengan konsorsium STROJIMPORT Joint- Stock dan PT PIMSF Pulo Gadung dengan nilai
kontrak sebesar EUR960.000 dan Rp750. Proyek ini bertujuan menambah peralatan baru ke fasilitas
yang telah ada untuk meningkatkan plant availability dari pabrik CRM. Pada tanggal 31 Maret 2012,
Perusahaan
memperkirakan persentase
penyelesaian proyek tersebut ditinjau dari aspek keuangan adalah sebesar 66,36. Berdasarkan
amandemen kontrak tanggal 23 Desember 2011, Perusahaan
dan STROJIMPORT
Joint-Stock sepakat untuk menjadwalkan kembali penyelesaian
proyek tersebut hingga bulan Mei 2012. Pembangkit listrik tenaga gas dan uap

pada bulan Agustus 2013.

Blast Furnace plant On November 15, 2011, the Company signed a
construction contract for Blast Furnace plant with the consortium of Capital Engineering and
Research Incorporation Limited “MCC-CERI” with a
contract value
of US321,900,000
and Rp1,800,900 for PT KE. The objective of this
project is to construct a new Blast Furnace complex which consists of Blast Furnace, Sintering Plant,
Coke Oven Plant, Pig Iron Caster, Stockyard and MaterialHot Metal Handling to produce 1,200,000
metric tons per year of hot metal and pig iron. As of March 31, 2012, the Companys management
estimates that the percentage of completion of Blast Furnace plant in financial terms is 0.10. This
project is expected to be completed in 35 months after the work being executed.
Horizontal Boring and Milling Machine On August 6, 2010, the Company signed a work
contract for Horizontal Boring and Milling Machine Project in CRM plant with the consortium of
STROJIMPORT Joint-Stock and PT PIMSF Pulo Gadung with a contract value of EUR960,000 and
Rp750. The aim of the project is to add new equipment to the existing facility in order to increase
the plant availability of CRM plant. As of March 31, 2012, the Companys management estimates that
the percentage of completion of the project in financial terms is 66.36. Based on the
amendment of agreement dated December 23, 2011, the Company and STROJIMPORT Joint-
Stock agreed to reschedule the completion of the project until May 2012.
Combine Cycle Power Plant
On April 11, 2011, PT KDL, a Subsidiary, signed a contract to build a new power plant with the
consortium of PT Pembangunan Perumahan Persero Tbk and PT Imeco Inter Sarana. The
contract value is US90,850,000 and Rp60,099. The facility is planned to have a capacity of 120
megawatt. As of March 31, 2012, the management of PT KDL estimates that the percentage of
completion of this project in financial terms is 36, which is expected to operate in August 2013.
