Menetapkan tunjangan dan fasilitas Dewan Komisaris untuk tahun 2014 mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri Badan Usaha Milik Negara Nomor : PER-04MBU2014 tanggal 10 Maret 2014 tentang Pedoman penetapan penghasilan Direksi, Dewan Komisaris, dan Dewan Pengawas Badan Usaha Milik Negara.
