Dalam hal pembayaran dan penyerahan seperti yang dijelaskan pada pasal 2 poin 6 dimana apabila GKP
alokasi belum tersedia atau belum diserahkan sesuai dengan jumlah pembayaran maka pihak pertama akan
dikenakan cost
of fund
sebesar 12,00
yang perhitungan
dan pembayarannya
dilaksanakan selambat - lambatnya 7 hari kerja setelah pelaksanaan
lelang oleh pihak pertama. In terms of payment and delivery as described in

Perjanjian Kerja Bersama dengan produk, ruang lingkup dan prosedur pelayanan sebagaimana tercantum dalam
lampiran
perjanjian. Jumlah
peserta pada
saat ditandatanngani perjanjian adalah 39.474 tiga puluh

Besarnya premi

tanggal 12 Nopember 2013. Besaran premi dapat berubah sesuai dengan perubahan jumlah kepesertaan.

Kedua PT Ogasaka diwajibkan membayar Uang Muka Penjualan senilai Rp412.500.000.000 dengan tahapan

Sama dengan perjanjian sebelumnya bahwa apabila GKP alokasi belum terpenuhi maka pihak pertama akan
dikenakan cost of fund secara bertingkat mulai dari 12 sampai
dengan 13

Sampai dengan periode 31 Desember 2014 manajemen belum mampu menyelesaikan seluruh kewajibanya
terkait GKP alokasi tersebut sehingga manajemen berdasarkan perhitungan sampai dengan 31 Desember
2014 manajemen dikenakan beban bunga atas cost of fund sebesar Rp8.565.689.489.

lebih 24.250 Ton dengan penyerahan secara bertahap, dengan
penyerahan uang
muka sebesar
