The Company
Pada tanggal 24 Februari 2014 dan 23 Februari 2015, Perusahaan mengadakan perjanjian
dengan NMN, pihak berelasi, untuk
pembangunan fasilitas bongkar muat batubara dan pembangunan dermaga bahan bakar minyak
di Senyiur sebesar AS2.467.553. Pada tanggal 31 Desember 2016, jumlah nilai sisa kontrak
sebesar AS219.326.
On 24 February 2014 and 23 February 2015, the Company entered into an agreement with NMN, a
related party, for the construction of coal loading facility and construction of fuel jetty at Senyiur,
with a total contract value amounting to US2,467,553. As at 31 December 2016, the
total remaining contract value outstanding was US219,326.
Pada tanggal 26 Oktober 2015, Perusahaan membuat perjanjian dengan PT Cipta Total
Solusindo, pihak ketiga, untuk pemasangan listrik di Senyiur sebesar AS1.698.957. Pada tanggal
31 Desember 2016, jumlah nilai sisa kontrak sebesar AS383.218.
On 26 October 2015, the Company entered into an agreement with PT Cipta Total Solusindo, a
third party, for the installation of electrical work at Senyiur, with a total contract value amounting to
US1,698,957. As at 31 December 2016, the total remaining contract value was amounting to
US383,218.

Perusahaan, IP, WBM, TSA, PIK, FKP dan BE The Company, IP, WBM, TSA, PIK, FKP and
BE Pada tanggal 29 Agustus 2008, Perusahaan, IP,
WBM, TSA, PIK, FKP dan BE mengadakan perjanjian fasilitas Gabungan Surat Penjaminan
LG Line dengan ANZ yang terdiri atas fasilitas bank garansi, letter of credit dan payment
guarantee dengan batas fasilitas gabungan sebesar AS35.000.000 “Joint Facility”.
On 29 August 2008, the Company, IP, WBM, TSA, PIK, FKP and BE entered into a Multi
Option Trade facility agreement LG Line with ANZ which consists of bank guarantee, letter of
credit and payment guarantee facilities with a limit of US35,000,000 “Joint Facility”.
Pada tanggal 25 Februari 2011, Joint Facility ditingkatkan menjadi sebesar AS40.000.000.
On 25 February 2011, the Joint Facility was increased to US40,000,000.
Pada saat yang sama, WBM memberikan jaminan dalam bentuk jaminan piutang sesuai
perjanjian jual beli batubaranya dengan TNBF lihat Catatan 6.
At the same time, WBM provided security in the form of an assignment of receivables under its
coal sale and purchase agreement with TNBF refer to Note 6.
Pada tanggal 31 Maret 2013, Perusahaan, IP, WBM, TSA, PIK, FKP dan BE mengadakan
perjanjian fasilitas Gabungan Surat Penjaminan dengan ANZ yang terdiri atas fasilitas bank
garansi, letter of credit dan payment guarantee dengan batas fasilitas gabungan sebesar
AS40.000.000 “Joint Facility”. On 31 March 2013, the Company, IP, WBM,
TSA, PIK, FKP and BE entered into a Multi Option Trade facility agreement with ANZ which
consists of bank guarantee, letter of credit and payment guarantee facilities with a limit of
US40,000,000 “Joint Facility”.

jaminan instrumen yang sebelumnya sudah diterbitkan melalui Joint Facility dianggap sudah
berada dalam WCF yang baru lihat Catatan 16 dan fasilitas kredit dari ANZ dihentikan.
On 22 December 2015, all surety instruments that previously had been issued through the Joint
Facility are deemed to be issued under the WCF facility refer to Note 16 and the ANZ credit
facility was terminated.
WBM WBM
Pada tanggal 14 Oktober 2010, WBM mengadakan perjanjian fasilitas kredit dengan
ANZ dalam bentuk fasilitas garansi bank untuk kepentingan performance bond dengan batas
kredit sebesar AS400.000 dan fasilitas ini berlaku sampai dengan 30 Juni 2017.
On 14 October 2010, WBM entered into a credit facility agreement with ANZ in the form of a bank
guarantee facility for performance bond purposes with a credit limit of US400,000 and this facility
is valid until 30 June 2017.
Pada tanggal 31 Desember 2016, seluruh jaminan instrumen yang sebelumnya diterbitkan
melalui fasilitas kredit dengan ANZ dianggap sudah berada dalam WCF yang baru lihat
Catatan 16 dan fasilitas kredit dengan ANZ dihentikan.
