Responsible for the formulation of policies and the reporting of international banking
transactions, as well as to support the Branch Ofices in terms of the development of
international banking products and services.
Performance International Banking 2015
Performance of the International Banking Department throughout 2015 is seen from
the implementation of foreign exchange bank services and products which were performed by
remain considering the aspects of business, risk and prudent principle, with primary focus was to
support BRISyariah main business.
c. Business Service and Support Function
Department of Business Support Service consists of three work units namely Financial
Institution, Investment Banking and Assets Liabilities Management, each has speciic
function which generally aims to fulill and to support the achievement of bank’s business and
also customers’ needs:

c. Fungsi Bisnis Support Service
Departemen Business Support Service terdiri dari tiga unit kerja yaitu Financial Institution,
Investment Banking dan Assets Liabilities Management, masing-masing mempunyai fungsi
spesiik yang secara umum bertujuan untuk memenuhi dan mendukung tercapainya bisnis
bank dan juga kebutuhan nasabah:
1. Financial Institution
Bertugas mengelola dan mengembangkan resiprokal bisnis dengan bank-bank

koresponden. Seiring dengan perkembangan BRIS sebagai Bank Devisa fungsi FI mulai
mengembangkan korespondensi kepada dengan bank asing untuk memfasilitasi
kebutuhan transaksi bisnis internasional untuk nasabah.
2. Investment Banking
Bertugas mengembangkan dan memberikan jasa Investment Banking untuk memenuhi
kebutuhan bisnis Bank maupun nasabah sebagai investor. Saat ini BRISyariah aktif
sebagai salah satu agen penjual Sukuk Negara Ritel.
3. Assets and Liabilities Management ALMA
Bertugas melakukan analisis dan rekomendasi berbagai kebijakan pengelolaan Assets and
Liabilities yang diputuskan oleh Asset and Liabilities Committee ALCO pada rapat
ALCO.
Kinerja Business Support Service Tahun 2015
BRISyariah terus memperluas jaringan, jangkauan dan meningkatkan pelayanan seiring
pertumbuhan bisnis bank dan juga perkembangan kebutuhan bisnis nasabah. saat ini BRISyariah
telah menjalin kerja sama resiprokal bisnis dengan bank koresponden baik lokal maupun
internasional. Upaya BRISyariah dalam memberikan layanan
yang prima kepada nasabah kembali mendapatkan pengakuan dari salah satu lembaga pemeringkat
independen yang diakui di tingkat global. Di tahun 2015, BRISyariah berhasil mempertahankan
rating “AA+idn dengan outlook stabil dari
lembaga pemeringkat FITCH Ratings. Peringkat tersebut menunjukkan ekspektasi akan risiko
gagal bayar yang sangat rendah relatif terhadap emiten atau surat hutang lainnya di Indonesia.
Hasil pemeringkatan ini akan mempermudah BRISyariah dalam memperluas basis nasabah
dana. Sejak tahun 2012 sampai dengan saat ini,
BRISyariah dipercaya oleh Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia sebagai agen penjual Sukuk
Negara Ritel dengan seri sebagai berikut: •
SR-004 yang diterbitkan pada tahun 2012 •
SR-005 yang diterbitkan pada tahun 2013 •
SR-006 yang diterbitkan pada tahun 2014 •
SR-007 yang diterbitkan pada tahun 2015 correspondent banks. In line with the progress
of the Bank towards becoming a foreign exchange bank, the FI function has begun to
develop correspondences with foreign banks to facilitate customers’ transactions.
2. Investment Banking
To be responsible for developing and providing Investment Banking services to
meet the business requirements for both, the Bank and customers as investors. Currently
BRISyariah is an active selling agent of the Government Retail Sukuk.
3. Assets and Liabilities Management ALMA
To be responsible in providing analysis and recommending policies for the Assets and
Liabilities, to obtain further approval from the Assets and Liabilities Committee ALCO in
ALCO meeting.
Performance Business Support Services 2015
BRISyariah continues to expand network, coverage and to improve service in line with bank
business growth and also develop the customers’ business requirement. Currently BRISyariah has
established business reciprocal cooperation with correspondent banks both local and international.
BRISyariah efforts in providing excellent services to customers again obtained recognition
from one of the independent rating agencies recognized at global level. In 2015, BRISyariah
managed to maintain the “AA+idn rating with stable outlook from the FITCH Ratings agency.
The rating showed expectation of default risk is very low relative to other issuers or other debt
securities in Indonesia. This rating result will facilitate BRISyariah in expanding its customer
base funding.
Since 2012, BRISyariah has been entrusted by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia
to act as sales agent of the State Sukuk with the following series:
• SR-004 issued in 2012
• SR-005 issued in 2013
• SR-006 issued in 2014
• SR-007 issued in 2015
