Bertanggung jawab terhadap aspek-aspek penunjang operasional Perusahaan termasuk: • Strategi pengelolaan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia SDM, memperoleh, mengembangkan dan mempertahankan SDM yang berkinerja tinggi dan core values baik leadership development termasuk dari sisi perhatian dan penghargaan compensation and beneit; • Merancang dan mengembangkan organisasi yang efektif; • Mengelola, mengembangkan dan memastikan komunikasi kepada pemangku kepentingan; • Merencanakan, mengoordinasikan dan melaksanakan tanggung jawab sosial dan lingkungan; danatau • Membawahi departemen-departemen Legal, Corporate Communication, Risk Management, Corporate Talent, Corporate Social Responsibility dan Human Resources.

D. Yovie Priadi, Direktur Strategi Korporat

Bertanggung jawab terhadap aspek-aspek pengembangan usaha dan investasi termasuk: • Melakukan pengawasan terhadap implementasi proyek dan investasi yang telah disetujui; • Merumuskan, menyempurnakan dan melaksanakan rencana pengembangan bisnis baru Grup ABM; • Mencari dan menetapkan mitra usaha strategis; danatau • Membawahi Departemen ICT, Divisi Corporate Planning Performance, dan Divisi Strategic Planning Business Development. Rapat Direksi Direksi disyaratkan melakukan rapat secara periodik minimum setiap 2 dua minggu sekali. Di luar waktu tersebut, rapat Direksi dapat dilaksanakan setiap waktu bila dipandang perlu oleh seorang atau lebih anggota Direksi, atas permintaaan tertulis dari seorang atau lebih anggota Dewan Komisaris

C. Syahnan Poerba, Corporate Support Services Director

Responsible for the Company’s supporting operational aspects including: • Formulate strategies for management and development of human resources HR, recruit, develop and maintain high performing human resources and core values leadership development including welfare and rewards aspects compensation and beneit; • Design and develop efective organization; • Manage, develop and ensure communication to stakeholders; • Plan, coordinate and implement social and environmental responsibilities; andor • Supervise Legal, Corporate Communication, Risk Management Corporate Talent, Corporate Social Responsibility and Human Resources departments.

Responsible for business development and investment aspects, including: • Monitor implementation of approved projects and investments; • Formulate, reine and implement new business development plan of ABM Group; • Seek for and establish strategic business partners; andor • Supervise ICT Department, Corporate Planning Performance Division, and Strategic Planning Business Development Division. Board of Directors Meetings The Board of Directors is required to hold periodic meetings once in 2 two weeks at the minimum.
