July 22, 2011. Mifa memperoleh Izin Eksplorasi No. 157
tanggal 30 Agustus 2003 untuk wilayah pertambangan
seluas 3.000
hektar di
Meureubo dan Kecamatan Kaway XVI, Kabupaten Aceh Barat, Nanggroe Aceh
Darussalam, Izin Pertambangan Eksploitasi No. 96 tanggal 1 Agustus 2005 dan Izin untuk
Mengangkut dan Menjual Barang Tambang No. 95 tanggal 1 Agustus 2005 dari Bupati
Aceh Barat. Mifa holds Mining Exploration Permit No. 157
dated August 30, 2003 for a mining area of 3,000 hectares at Meureubo and Kaway XVI
Sub-districts, West Aceh Regency, Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam, Mining Exploitation Right
No. 96 dated August 1, 2005 and Mining Right for Loading and Selling for Mining No. 95
dated August 1, 2005 from the Regent of West Aceh.
Mifa juga memperoleh izin lokasi untuk wilayah penambangan batubara seluas 3.134 hektar di
Meureubo dan Kecamatan Kaway XVI, Kabupaten Aceh Barat, Nanggroe Aceh
Darussalam yang terakhir diubah berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Bupati Aceh Barat No. 179
Tahun 2008, tanggal 31 Mei 2008. Mifa also has a location permit for coal mining
area of 3,134 hectares in Meureubo and Kaway XVI Sub-districts, West Aceh Regency,
Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam which was last amended based on Decision Letter No. 179
Year 2008, dated May 31, 2008 of the Regent of West Aceh.
Izin-izin tersebut terakhir kali diubah melalui IUP No. 117.b Tahun 2011 tanggal 30 Maret
2011 untuk wilayah pertambangan seluas 3.134
hektar di
Kecamatan Meureubo,
Kabupaten Aceh Barat, Propinsi Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam.
Those licenses lastly amended by IUP No. 117.b Tahun 2011 dated March 30, 2011
for a mining area of 3,134 hectares at Meureuboe Sub-districts, West Aceh Regency,
Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Province.
Berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Bupati Aceh Barat No. 117.b Tahun 2011 tanggal
30 Maret 2011, izin ini akan berakhir pada tanggal 13 April 2025.
Based on Decision Letter No. 117.b Year 2011 dated March 30, 2011 from the Regent of
West Aceh, this permit will expire on April 13, 2025.

Berdasarkan Keputusan Kabupaten Nagan Raya No. 54541SKIUP-OP2010 tanggal
18 Maret 2010, BEL telah memperoleh persetujuan
untuk perubahan
izin pertambangan eksploitasi menjadi IUP yang
berlaku hingga tanggal 26 September 2017. Based on Nagan Raya Regency Decree
No. 54541SKIUP-OP2010 dated March 18, 2010, BEL has obtained an approval for a
change of its mining exploitation right to become IUP which is valid until September 26,
2017.

18 Juni 2013, Reswara dan SSB menyetujui pengurangan modal ditempatkan dan disetor
PBR menjadi sebesar Rp10 miliar atau setara dengan 10.000.000 lembar saham.
Based on Notarial Deed No. 31 dated June 18, 2013 of Ny. Djumini Setyoadi, S.H.,
M.Kn., Reswara and SSB approved the reduction of issued and fully paid-up capital of
PBR to become Rp10 billion or equivalent to 10,000,000 shares.
