15. INTANGIBLE ASSETS continued
Penurunan nilai goodwill diuji setiap tahun pada tanggal 31 Desember jika terdapat keadaan yang
menunjukkan nilai tercatat mengalami penurunan nilai. Perusahaan menguji penurunan nilai untuk
goodwill berdasarkan pada perhitungan nilai pakai yang menggunakan model arus kas diskonto. Pada
31
Desember 2015 dan 2014 tidak terdapat penurunan goodwill.
Goodwill is tested for impairment annually as at December 31 if circumstances indicate the
carrying value may be impaired. The Company’s impairment test for goodwill is based on value in
use calculation that uses a discounted cash flow model. As of December 31, 2015 and 2014 there
are no impairment in goodwill.

Pada tanggal 31 Desember 2015 dan 2014, akun ini merupakan aset eksplorasi dan evaluasi yang timbul
atas WIUP DS, entitas anak tidak langsung yang dibeli melalui akuisisi RB pada tahun 2014 lihat
Catatan 1e dan 4. As of December 31, 2015 and 2014, the balance
represents the exploration and evaluation asset incurred in the WIUP of DS, an indirect subsidiary
purchased through acquisition of RB in 2014 See Notes 1e and 4.
Aset eksplorasi dan evaluasi merupakan aset eksplorasi dan evaluasi yang timbul atas WIUP DS,
Entitas Anak, yang sampai dengan saat ini masih dalam proses permohonan IPPKH lihat Catatan 1e.
Exploration and evaluation assets is a exploration and evaluation asset arising on WIUP DS,
Subsidiary, which up to now still in the process of plea IPPKH see Note 1e.
Manajemen berpendapat bahwa nilai pertanggungan tersebut cukup memadai untuk menutup
kemungkinan kerugian atas aset eksplorasi dan evaluasi yang dipertanggungkan.
Management believes that the insurance coverage is adequate to cover possible losses on the insured
exploration and evaluation assets.
