Pelaksanaan Audit Terhadap Sistem Pengelolaan SDM Tahun 2014 Perusahaan menyusun Rencana Jangka Panjang tahun 2014-2018, dan Divisi SDM sebagai strategic partner dalam mewujudkan rencana Perusahaan tersebut perlu memastikan kembali keselarasan antara sistem pengelolaan SDM dengan rencana, visi dan misi Perusahaan. SUMBER DAyA MANUSIA DAN PENgEMBANgAN kOMPETENSI Human Resources and Competency Development In realizing the alignment on Human Resources management system with its Vision and Mission, the Company conducted audit towards the HR management system, in which from the result of that audit a Road Map is prepared for HR Division period 2014 – 201, it covers: Realization of 2014 Work Program 1. Implementation of Audit Towards HR Management System In 2014, the Company prepared the 2014-2018 Long Term Planning RJPP, and HR Division as strategic partner in realizing that plan, need to reassure the alignment between HR management system and Company’s planning, vision, and mission.
