3. Membangun Kapasitas Sepanjang tahun 2010 KPEI juga mengikutsertakan
karyawannya dalam Seminar, kongres, pelatihan dalam lingkup cross border, antara lain The 2nd Annual Securities
Financing and Collateral Management Asia, The 4th Clearing Settlement Custody Asia Conference, CCP Meeting,
SEC Market Operation, dan lain-lain. Kegiatan ini berfungsi sebagai salah satu media pengumpulan informasi dan
menambah pengetahuan terkait proses bisnis KPEI. KPEI mulai mengikutsertakan karyawan pada kegiatan public
training terkait Pelatihan untuk Pelatih yang diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas karyawan khususnya di unit bisnis
dalam melakukan kegiatan presentasi kepada AK. Selain itu, guna meningkatkan kemampuan berkomunikasi dalam
bahasa Inggris, KPEI memberikan program pelatihan bahasa Inggris untuk karyawan, bekerja sama dengan salah satu
lembaga pelatihan bahasa Inggris ternama di Jakarta.
4. Organisasi Berbasis Pengetahuan Berkaitan dengan pembentukan KPEI sebagai Organisasi
Berbasis Pengetahuan, KPEI telah melaksanakan kegiatan Resilience Training dengan peserta seluruh karyawan KPEI.
Program serial tahunan yang telah dilakukan sejak tahun 2009 ini bertujuan meningkatkan determinasi dan daya
juang baik sebagai individu maupun tim. Selain itu, KPEI mengikutsertakan karyawannya dalam seminar dan pelatihan
seputar Knowledge Management.
3. Capacity Building Throughout 2010, KPEI encouraged the active participation
of its employees in cross-border seminars, congresses, or training programs including the 2nd Annual Securities
Financing and Collateral Management Asia, The 4th Clearing Settlement Custody Asia Conference, CCP Meeting, SEC
Market Operation, and others. These activities function as an effective medium to collect data and enhance knowledge
pertaining to KPEI business processes. KPEI also started to send its employees in public training related with Training
for Trainers which is essential to build employee capacity particularly those assigned in business units and involved in
the delivery of presentations to CMs. Furthermore, for the purpose of increasing the proiciency in communicating in
English, KPEI provides regular language training programs for its employees by establishing cooperation with one of
Jakarta’s leading English language training institutions.
4. Knowledge Management In relation to KPEI’s intention to develop into a Knowledge
Based Organization, the Company has organized Resilience Training sessions participated by all KPEI employees. These
annual program series introduced in 2009 are directed at heightening the resoluteness and perseverance of individuals
and teams. In addition, KPEI has assured that part of its regular agenda includes the enrolling of its employees in seminars
and training programs related to Knowledge Management.
