The purpose of this study was to determine the application of Entrepreneur Marketing EM and strategies to strengthen the entrepreneurship in Bandar Kidul
Ikat Weaving Tenun Ikat Industry Kediri. The method used in the research is descriptive qualitative by using primary data, semi- structured interviews and
observation. The sampling technique used is total sampling of seven entrepreneurs. Data analysis using 7-dimensional approach of Entreprenenural Marketing and
SWOT analysis. The results showed that entrepreneurs tend to do traditional business activities. Employers have been quite proactive in utilizing the Internet,
and has created some innovations. Market analysis, competitors, and consumers have been becoming the main focus in the business, although some entrepreneurs
were not yet take advantage of opportunities well. Resource leveraging shows that all employers have noticed the importance of human resources in the business and
the support of government and private parties. Some of them have been able to manage the risks satisfactorily and managing loyal customers in a simple way
although they have not yet paid good attention to value creation of the weaving. SWOT analysis indicates that the industry is in Strength-Opportunity quadrant. To
Increase marketing strategies, capabilities of entrepreneur and optimalization of cooperative performance is a form of aggressive strategies that must be done

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aplikasi Entrepreneur Marketing EM dan strategi penguatan entrepreneurship pada Industri Tenun Ikat Bandar
Kidul Kediri. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer hasil wawancara semiterstruktur dan observasi. Teknik
pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling terhadap 7 pengusaha. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan 7 dimensi Entreprenenural Marketing dan Analisis
SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengusaha cenderung melakukan kegiatan usaha secara tradisional. Pengusaha telah cukup proaktif dengan
memanfaatkan jaringan internet, dan telah menciptakan beberapa inovasi. Analisis pasar, kompetitor, dan konsumen telah dilakukan oleh pengusaha, walaupun belum
memanfaatkan peluang dengan baik. Resource leveraging menunjukkan bahwa keseluruhan pengusaha telah memperhatikan karyawan mereka dan pentingnya
dukungan pihak pemerintah maupun swasta. Sebagian pengusaha telah mampu memanajemen risiko dengan memuaskan dan melakukan pengelolaan konsumen
loyal secara sederhana meskipun belum memperhatikan value creation dengan baik. Analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa Industri berada di kuadran Strength-
Opportunity sehingga peningkatan strategi pemasaran, kapabilitas pengusaha dan pengoptimalan kinerja koperasi merupakan bentuk Strategi Agresif yang harus
dilakukan.
