36. Significant agreements
Pihak berelasi : Related parties : a. Berdasarkan perjanjian kerjasama antara entitas anak - PT Alfa Goldland Realty AGR dengan PT Argo Manunggal Land Development AMLD tanggal 28 Februari 2006, untuk mengembangkan tanah menjadi kawasan perumahan berikut fasilitasnya dan menyatu dengan kawasan perumahan Alam Sutera. Untuk ini pihak AMLD menyediakan tanah berikut biaya-biaya proyek dan AGR diberi kuasa untuk menjual kavling- kavling tersebut. Jangka waktu perjanjian adalah sampai seluruh kavling dalam proyek habis terjual. Untuk setiap transaksi penjualan, AGR memperoleh komisi, biaya pemasaran dan pengawasan sebesar 5 dari nilai transaksi penjualan. a. Based on the cooperation agreement between subsidiary - PT Alfa Goldland Realty AGR and Argo Manunggal Land Development AMLD dated 28 February 2006, to develop land into real estate including its facility and one area with Alam Sutera real estate. For this purpose AMLD will provide land including cost of project and AGR obtained the authority to sale lot of lands. Period of this agreement until all lots of lands are sold. For every sales transaction, AGR will receive commision, marketing and supervision fee of 5 from amount of sales transaction. b. Berdasarkan perjanjian jasa pengelolaan gedung Wisma Argo Manunggal WAM tertanggal 1 Oktober 2013 antara Perusahaan dan PT Daya Sakti Perdika, bahwa Perusahaan telah menunjuk PT Daya Sakti Perdika untuk memberikan jasa pengelolaan gedung WAM. Atas jasa pengelolaan tersebut, Perusahaan akan memberikan imbalan jasa sebesar Rp 180.000 ribu per bulan dan Rp 200.000 ribu per bulan mulai Juni 2014. Jangka waktu perjanjian ini sampai dengan 1 Oktober 2016. b. Based on the building management services agreement of Wisma Argo Manunggal WAM dated 1 October 2013 between the Company and PT Daya Sakti Perdika, the Company has appointed PT Daya Sakti Perdika to provide building management services of WAM. On said management services, the Company will provide fee of Rp 180,000 thousand per month and Rp 200,000 thousand per month starting from June 2014. Term of this agreement until 1 October 2016.Parts
