Alam Synergy Pte Ltd merupakan entitas bertujuan khusus; Silkwood Pte Ltd dan Carlisle
Venture Pte Ltd bergerak di bidang investasi dan konsultasi manajemen, dan PT Garuda Adhimatra
Indonesia bergerak di bidang pembangunan real estat dan operator kawasan pariwisata.
The Company and subsidiaries operate in the same activity being real estate industry, except
