With respect to the tax assessments mentioned above, AGR did not sumbit any tax objection and recorded as current tax expense amounting to Rp 101,626 thousands and other expenses amounting to Rp 2,369,207 thousands in the statement of comprehensive income for the year ended 31 December 2014. b. Berdasarkan Berita Acara Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk. tanggal 25 Februari 2015 tercantum dalam akta notaris Aulia Taufani SH., No. 2 tanggal 25 Februari 2015, dengan keputusan sebagai berikut : b. Menerima pengunduran diri Bapak Marzuki Usman sebagai komisaris utama, Bapak Kristianto Sudiono sebagai komisaris, Bapak Harjanto Tirtohadiguno sebagai direktur utama dan Bapak Soelaeman Soemawinata sebagai direktur Perusahaan. 1.
