Pada tanggal 29 Januari 2014, PT Rasuna Residence Development RRD, Entitas Anak, telah menandatangani Akta Jual Beli Saham PT Dwi Makmur Sedaya DMS, sebagaimana termuat dalam Akta Notaris Pujiastuti Harrypadma Rinisari, S.H., No. 42 tanggal 29 Januari 2014, dengan Mintaryono Ardianto, Hendra Sanjaya, Christy Sanjaya, dan Rika Agustine dengan nilai pengalihan sebesar Rp 2,7 milliar sehingga kepemilikan saham RRD dalam DMS adalah sebanyak 90 kepemilikan. b. On January 29, 2014, PT Rasuna Residence Development RRD, a Subsidiary, had signed the Deed of Sale and Purchase of Shares of PT Dwi Makmur Sedaya DMS, as stated in Notarial Deed No. 42 by Pujiastuti Harrypadma Rinisari, S.H., dated January 29, 2014 along with Mintaryono Ardianto, Hendra Sanjaya, Christy Sanjaya and Rika Agustine with total transfer amounted to Rp 2.7 billion thus RRD share ownership in DMS were 90 of ownership. Pada tanggal 30 Juni 2014, PT Bakrie Swasakti Utama BSU, Entitas Anak, telah menandatangani Akta Jual Beli Saham PT Mutiara Masyhur Sejahtera MMS, sebagaimana termuat dalam Akta Notaris Humberg Lie, S.H., S.E., M.Kn., No. 205 tanggal 30 Juni 2014, dengan PT Minarak Labuan Indonesia MLI, pihak ketiga dengan nilai pengalihan sebesar Rp 3,1 triliun sehingga kepemilikan saham BSU dalam MMS sebanyak 99,21 kepemilikan. c. On June 30, 2014, PT Bakrie Swasakti Utama BSU, a Subsidiary, had signed the Deed of Sale and Purchase of Shares of PT Mutiara Masyhur Sejahtera MMS, as stated in Notarial Deed No. 205 by Humberg Lie, S.H., S.E., M.Kn., dated June 30, 2014 along with PT Minarak Labuan Indonesia MLI, a third party with total transfer amounted to Rp 3.1 trillion thus BSU share ownership in MMS were 99.21 of ownership.Parts
