Berdasarkan Surat Keputusan DJMBP yang diterbitkan pada tanggal 4 Januari 2010, jaminan
reklamasi FKP untuk periode 2010 - 2014 ditetapkan sebesar Rp 2.566. Pada tanggal
laporan keuangan konsolidasian ini, jaminan dalam bentuk bank garansi belum ditempatkan
untuk komitmen ini. Based on the Decision Letter from the DGMCG
issued on 4 January 2010, FKP’s reclamation guarantees for the period 2010 - 2014 are at Rp
2,566. As at the date of these consolidated financial statements, a bank guarantee has not
yet been placed for this commitment.
TSA TSA
Berdasarkan Surat Keputusan DJMBP diterbitkan pada tanggal 21 Januari 2010, jaminan reklamasi
TSA untuk periode 2010 - 2014 ditetapkan sebesar Rp 5.260. Pada tanggal laporan
keuangan konsolidasian ini, jaminan dalam bentuk bank garansi belum ditempatkan untuk
komitmen ini. Based on the Decision Letter from the DGMCG
issued on 21 January 2010, TSA’s reclamation guarantees for the period 2010 - 2014 are at Rp
5,260. As at the date of these consolidated financial statements, a bank guarantee has not
yet been placed for this commitment.
e. Komitmen sewa e. Rental commitments
Grup Group
Pada tanggal 7 Januari 2008, Perusahaan, DPP, FKP, TSA, WBM, BE, IP, GBP, MP, PIK, dan
KOTR mengadakan perjanjian sewa ruangan kantor dan penggantian biaya pemeliharaan
kantor dengan PT Nirmala Matranusa, pihak yang memiliki hubungan istimewa, untuk jangka waktu
10 tahun, untuk total biaya sewa kantor sebesar AS193.006 per tahun termasuk PPN dan
pemeliharaan kantor sejumlah AS78.957 per tahun. Perjanjian tersebut efektif sejak 1 Januari
2008 sampai 31 Desember 2017 dan dapat diperpanjang sampai 2 tahun lagi.
On 7 January 2008, the Company, DPP, FKP, TSA, WBM, BE, IP, GBP, MP, PIK and KOTR
entered into an office rental and reimbursement for office maintenance expense agreement with
PT Nirmala Matranusa, a related party, for a period of 10 years, for a total office rental amount
of US193,006 per year including VAT and office maintenance of US78,957 per year. The
agreement is valid from 1 January 2008 up to 31 December 2017 and can be extended for a
further two years.
IP IP
Pada tangal 18 Januari 2007, IP mengadakan perjanjian sewa peralatan dan pemakaian fasilitas
perumahan dengan KSC, pihak yang memiliki hubungan istimewa, untuk konstruksi pabrik di
site KSC. Biaya atas perjanjian ini berkisar antara AS12 hingga AS169 per jam, dimana kedua
belah pihak telah menyetujui tarif tersebut tetapi sampai tanggal laporan keuangan konsolidasian
ini, perjanjian tersebut masih dalam proses penyelesaian. Perjanjian ini berlaku sampai
dengan penyelesaian konstruksi pabrik KSC tersebut.
On 18 January 2007, IP entered into an agreement for provision of equipment rental and
usage of camp facilities to KSC, a related party, during the construction of the plant at KSC’s site.
The fee for this agreement ranges from US12 to US169 per hour, as agreed by both parties,
however, as at the date of these consolidated financial statements, the agreement has not yet
been finalised. The agreement is valid until the
completion of the construction of KSC’s plant.
Pada tanggal 29 Juli 2008, IP mengadakan perjanjian sewa alat berat dengan PT Nirmala
Matranusa, pihak yang memiliki hubungan istimewa, seharga AS142.000bulan selama lima
tahun yang akan ditelaah setiap tahunnya. On 29 July 2008, IP entered into an agreement
for the rental of heavy equipment with PT Nirmala Matranusa, a related party, with a total
fee of US142,000month for five years, which will be reviewed annually.
