31. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS continued
Pada tahun 2010, Perusahaan melakukan ikatan kontrak Commodity Producer Colar with entendable
Swap dengan SCB untuk pebelian batu bara pada harga dasar dan opsi menjual pada harga tetap pada
tahun 2011 sampai dengan 2012. In 2010, the Company entered into Commodity
Producer Colar with entendable Swap contract with SCB to purchase a floor for 2010 and sell option for
fixed price coal swaps in 2011 and 2012.
32. LIKUIDITAS 32. LIQUIDITY
Pada tanggal 31 Maret 2010, Grup memiliki modal kerja negatif. Manajemen telah melakukan analisis
secara rinci atas proyeksi arus kas Perusahaan selama 9 bulan ke depan yang berakhir 31 Desember
2010. Berdasarkan proyeksi 9 bulan ke depan tersebut, manajemen berkesimpulan bahwa terdapat
cukup likuiditas untuk membiayai operasi Grup, pengeluaran modal yang sudah direncanakan dan
pembayaran pinjaman selama periode tersebut. Dalam menyusun proyeksi tersebut, manajemen
melakukan telaah atas kebutuhan kas Grup pada periode-periode sebelumnya dan juga faktor-faktor
penting yang dapat mempengaruhi operasi Grup selama 9 bulan ke depan, dan berpendapat bahwa
asumsi dan analisa sensitivitas yang telah digunakan dalam menyusun proyeksi adalah wajar. Namun
demikian, seperti semua asumsi mengenai kejadian di
masa depan,
asumsi-asumsi ini
memiliki keterbatasan dan ketidakpastian dimana beberapa
atau semua asumsi-asumsi ini tidak dapat tercapai.
As at 31 March 2010, the Group has negative working capital. Management has undertaken a detailed
analysis of the forecast cash flows of the Company for the 9 months ending 31 December 2010. Based on
the forecast for the next 9 months, management has determined that sufficient liquidity exists to fund the
operations
of the
business, planned
capital expenditure and repayments of bank loans during that
period. In preparing the forecast, management has reviewed historic cash requirements of the Group as
well as key factors which may impact the operations of the Group during the next 9 month period, and is of
the opinion that the assumptions and sensitivities which are included in the cash flow forecast are
reasonable. However, as with all assumptions in regard to future events, these are subject to inherent
limitations and uncertainties and some or all of these assumptions may not be realised.

Adopsi PSAK di atas tidak menimbulkan perubahan yang mendasar terhadap kebijakan akuntansi Grup
atau berdampak signifikan terhadap laporan keuangan Grup.
The adoption of the above SFAS has not resulted in a substantial change to the Group’s accounting policies
nor any significant impact on its financial statements to date.
