Directorate of Planning for find the linking of CTC WINRIP website and the SiPP website.
The CHS Activities are shown in Appendix H3.
6.4.5. Publication Disclosures
Publication and disclosure is an attempt to increase transparency of information to the public, so the public can easily to access information about the project WINRIP. Some
components of publication and disclosures are as follows: a announcing the information about the project through newspapers, and dissemination of leaflets, b installation of the
project information boards, c the provision of space project information booth, d providing important information that can only be accessed by public with submitted an officially
applications to the authorities, and e the provision of information in the website which can be accessed via the internet.
Information provision dissemination about the Public Disclosures and Transparencies will be done in line with the preparatory training of TPM and other regular training like : Project
Management Manual PMM, Procurement Training, Interim Financial Report IFR and other relevant trainings. Another way is to inputting the informationdata or to upload the
articles into the website of WINRIP.
The public disclosures and transparencies information activities shall be started on the preparatory training on TPM in early June 2014
.
The Works Plan Activities for Publication Disclosure is shown in Appendix H4.
6.4.6. Problem and Solutions
The problem is there is no budget in CTC WINRIP contract for implementation the Anti- Corruption Action Plan ACAP component, so there is uncertainty on the future activities of
ACAP.
The solution is to propose the additional financing on the implementation of the Anti- Corruption Action Plan ACAP components in Amendment 2 of CTC Contract.
6.4.7. Action Plan for Next Months
The Activities plan for future months May – June of 2014, in order of priority are as follows: 1. Continue to improve the CHS in coordination with Sub Directorate of Information and
Communication, Directorate of Planning DGH on the subject Integrated Project Monitoring System Sistem Pemantauan Proyek Terpadu SiPP, including completion
process of suggestions and complaints from the public.
2. Carry out the preparatory training to the elected TPM, which will be followed also by the related project implementer components PIU, PPK, Supervision Consultant DSC, and
Contractor scheduled on early June 2014. 3. Provision Decree of the Director of Planning, Directorate General of Highways
concerning Establishment of Third Party Monitoring for four 4 packages of AWP-1

WINRIP. 4. Preparing Letter of Employment Agreement between the TPM of four 4 packages of
AWP-1 with CTC WINRIP on behalf of PMU WINRIP. 5. Inputting or upload the data, documents and reports of CROs and TPM into the website.

Disseminate of Anti-Corruption Action Plan to all stakeholders who associated with the WINRIP project through the PMM training

7. Conducting socialization of CRO selection for the packages that will be procured for construction services, especially for Procurement Committee of North Sumatra province
Balai BPJN I Medan, for Package 17: Simpang Rampa - Poriaha and Package 15: Sibolga – Batas Tapanuli Selatan.
6.5 Road Safety Audit
6.5.1 Activities During This Month May 2014
During the month the Sub – Directorate of TLKJ – BINTEK conducted final review presentation of road safety audit for Packages No. 7,8,10 and 12.
Due to demobilization of the Senior Road Safety Engineer in March 2014, the CTC requested for mobilization of the national Road Safety Audit Engineer, to be mobilized on the first week of
June 2014.
6.5.2 Current status of the project for technical field as of 31 May 2014.
The Details of Progress of Technical Design Reviewing in aspect of road safety audit as of the end of May 2014 is included as Appendix B.
