2. Penyewaan Properti

Kinerja keuangan Perseroan sangat dipengaruhi oleh pendapatan dari penyewaan ruang perkantoran. Penghasilan bersih Perseroan pada tahun 2012 tumbuh sebesar 23,50 dengan kontribusi signiikan dari segmen perkantoran. Perseroan mengembangkan dan mengelola gedung-gedung perkantoran berkualitas yang dimilikinya di kota Jakarta, Surabaya dan Bali.

The Company’s inancial performance is strongly inluenced by the recurring income from the oice rental.
