2. Pengelolaan Kinerja

Perseroan mengelola kinerja karyawan yang dievaluasi melalui skala pengukuran Balance Scorecard, sedangkan pengelolaan kinerja individu diukur melalui pencapaian target Key Performance Indicator KPI dari sisi hasil dan proseskompetensi.

3. Remunerasi Beneit Lainnya

Perseroan dan Entitas Anak juga memperhatikan kesejahteraan bagi seluruh karyawan baik secara teknis fungsional maupun manajerial. Berbagai fasilitas yang diberikan Perseroan dan Entitas Anak, antara lain: Gaji yang kompetitif, Perseroan telah memenuhi ketentuan mengenai Upah Minimum Regional dari Kementrian Tenaga Kerja. Selain itu Manajemen juga menyusun kebijakan- kebijakan mengenai struktur gaji, struktur tunjangan berdasarkan grade, asuransi kesehatan dan jiwa kecelakaan, dana pension, program kepemilikan mobil car ownership program, kebijakan perjalanan dinas dan hiring policy, yang semuanya telah distandarisasi sesuai dengan tier yang berlaku.

2. Performance Management

The Company applies Balance Scorecard scale to measure employee performances; meanwhile to measure employees’ individual performances is through the achievement of Key Performance Indicator KPI from the results and processcompetency aspects.

3. Remuneration Other Benefits

The Company and its subsidiaries are also concerned with the welfare of all employees, both in technical and managerial functions.
