Perseroan mengelola kinerja karyawan yang dievaluasi melalui skala pengukuran Balance Scorecard, sedangkan pengelolaan kinerja individu diukur melalui pencapaian target Key Performance Indicator KPI dari sisi hasil dan proseskompetensi.3. Remunerasi Beneit Lainnya

Selain itu Manajemen juga menyusun kebijakan- kebijakan mengenai struktur gaji, struktur tunjangan berdasarkan grade, asuransi kesehatan dan jiwa kecelakaan, dana pension, program kepemilikan mobil car ownership program, kebijakan perjalanan dinas dan hiring policy, yang semuanya telah distandarisasi sesuai dengan tier yang berlaku.2.
