Properti investasi dimiliki oleh PT Adhi Persada Properti Entitas Anak terdiri dari unit space bangunan yang ada di
Gedung MTH dan unit space bangunan di Gedung Adhi Graha masing-masing seluas 646 m² dan 232 m², yang disewakan
kepada pihak ketiga berdasarkan perjanjian sewa. Gedung Adhi Graha dan Gedung Menara MTH 01 telah
direklasifikasi menjadi Aset Real Estat pada tahun 2013. Properti investasi Gedung Taman Melati Margonda dengan
biaya perolehan Rp 16.646.427.517 terdiri dari unit space bangunan yang disewakan seluas 2.017 m

, yang disewakan kepada pihak ketiga berdasarkan perjanjian sewa.
Properti investasi yang dimiliki Perusahaan merupakan Bangunan dalam Proses yang terdiri dari unit space bangunan
yang ada di Mall Mandau City seluas 11.962 m
2
dengan nilai pasar Rp 182.324.259.822 yang disewakan kepada pihak
ketiga berdasarkan perjanjian sewa. Properti investasi tersebut direklasifikasi dari akun aset tetap
dalam penyelesaian ke akun properti investasi oleh manajemen Perusahaan pada bulan Desember 2013.
Investment properties owned by PT Adhi Persada Property Subsidiary comprising of units of building space in MTH
Building and units of building space in Adhi Graha Building with the measured areas of 646 sqm and 232 sqm,
respectively, are rented to third parties under a lease agreement.
Adhi Graha Building and Menara MTH 01 have been reclassified into Real Estate
Assets in 2013. Investment property Taman Melati Margonda Building the
acquisition cost of Rp 16,646,427,517 consisting of units leased building space area of 2,017 m2, which is leased to
third parties under the lease agreements. Investment properties owned by the Company is in the process
of building consisting of units of the existing building space at Mall Mandau City which area of 11,962 m2 with market value
Rp 182,324,259,822 is leased to third parties under the lease agreements.
Investment properties are reclassified from fixed asset account to an account in the settlement of investment property by the
Companys management in December 2013.
