Realisasi sumber daya manusia pada tanggal 31 Desember 2015 sebanyak 1.669 orang atau 64 orang
lebih rendah dari target anggaran sebanyak 1.733 orang. Sehubungan dengan pemberdayaan dan
peningkatan kesejahteraan SDM, serta upaya untuk terus memberdayakan nilai-nilai perusahaan yang
berakar dari budaya perusahaan melalui leadership human resource development, sebagai berikut:
1. Peningkatan Kinerja dilaksanakan melalui
Pemantauan KPI berbasis KPKU dan Penilaian Kinerja Bulanan, sedangkan peningkatan kesejahteraan
karyawan dilaksanakan melalui penerbitan PD 06 Tahun 2014, tentang Pemberian Tunjangan: i PD
07 Tahun 2014, tentang Mobilitas dan Transportasi; serta ii PD 25 Tahun 2014, tentang Pemberian Biaya
Representasi bagi General Manager. Penyesuaian imbal jasa kerja telah dilakukan terhitung mulai
tanggal 1 Januari 2014.
2. Pelaksanaan Diklat dan Studi Banding, meliputi: a. Managerial;
b. Fungsional; c.
Sertiikasi, profesi Peningkatan Ijazah; d. Benchmarking ke Pelabuhan Nasional dan
Internasional. 3. Penerapan Performance Manajemen System dan
Talent Manajemen; 4. Assesment Mapping Kompetensi SDM, dan
menyusun blue print Perencanaan Karir; 5. Pelaksanaan Analisis Beban Kerja di Kantor Pusat
dan 7 tujuh cabangUPK; 6. Pelaksanaan Employee Satisfaction Survey dan
Employee Engagement Survey; 7. Menyusun sistem rekruitmen karyawan.
Realization of human resources on 31 December 2015 was as many as 1,669 people or 64 people less than
the Company’s Budget plan target of 1,733 people. Concerning the empowerment and improvement of
human resources welfare, the efforts to continue empowering company’s values rooted from corporate
culture are through leadership human resource development, as follows:
1. improvement of performance by Review and
monitoring of Kpi based on KpKu and Monthly performance Assessment; while improving the
welfare of employees was executed by the issuance of pD 06, 2014 on the granting of Allowances: i pD
07, 2014 on Mobility and transport, and ii pD 25, 2014 on the Representing Fee for general Manager.
Adjustment of Work services payment has been on practice starting on 1 january 2014.
2. traning and Comparative study, including: a. Managerial;
b. Functional; c.
Certiication, profession, and diplomadegree extension;
d. Benchmarking to the national and international ports.
3. implementation of performance Management system and talent Management
4. Assessment and Mapping of the human Resources Competency as well as Career planning Blue print
5. Performing Analysis on Working Load in Head Ofice
and 7 seven Branches; 6. execution of employee satisfaction survey and
employee engagement survey 7. Developing employees recruitment system

4. Proyeksi Laba Usaha
Proyeksi laba usaha mengalami tren peningkatan seiring dengan peningkatan pendapatan dan
diproyeksikan peningkatan biaya usaha berkisar antara 18-20 selama tahun 2016-2019.
4. Projection of Operating Proit
Projected operating proit experiences an increasing trend along with increased revenue and it is projected
an increase in business costs range of 18 - 20 during 2016-2019.

Selanjutnya, bidang ITK Informasi, Teknologi, dan Komunikasi merupakan bidang yang tidak boleh
diabaikan saat ini dengan adanya persaingan bisnis yang sehat diantara pengelola jasa kepelabuhanan
lainnya, bahkan kecenderungan ITK sangat memegang peranan penting dalam pengembangan bisnis saat
ini dan kedepan, terutama dalam rangka memberikan sistem excellent service bagi para pengguna jasa
kepelabuhanan, khususnya di wilayah KTI. Pada tahun 2014, Pelindo-4 telah mengeluarkan investasi untuk
program kerja manajemen bidang ITK ini sebesar Rp62,4 Miliar, sedangkan untuk tahun sebelumnya
sebesar Rp21,7 Miliar, sehingga biaya ITK untuk tahun 2015 meningkat l.k.200 dibanding tahun sebelumnya,
disebabkan adanya beberapa program di tahun 2015 yang dilaksanakan secara multiyears dengan nilai
kontrak cukup signiikan.
Program-program ITK yang dilaksanakan perusahaan secara berkesinambungan pada tahun 2015 dan ke
depan, antara lain sebagai berikut: 1. Pengadaan aplikasi SIM Terpadu untuk pelabuhan
cabang utama dan cabang kelas I; 2. Migrasi aplikasi SIM Terpadu ke pelabuhan cabang
kelas II, III, dan IV multiyears; 3. Pengembangan data warehouse;
4. Pengadaan lisensi original software; 5. Peningkatan kualitas fungsi enhancement CTOS
eksisting multiyears; 6. Lanjutan pengadaan aplikasi SIM petikemas
konvensional ke pelabuhan cabang Tarakan dan Pantoloan;
7. Konsultansi dan pengawas pendampingan implementasi sistem ERpmultiyears.
Furthermore, the ield of ICT Information and Communication technology is an area that should
not be ignored today in business competition among administrator of port services, even iCt has the
tendency to play an important role in the development of business today and in the future, especially in the
context of providing excellent service for the users of port services, especially in the area of eastern indonesia.
in 2015, pelindo-4 has invested Rp62.4 billion for iCt management, while for the previous year pelindo iV
invested Rp21.7 billion, so the expense for iCt in 2015 increased 200 compared to the previous year, due
to the existence of several programs in 2015 that are implemented multiyears with a signiicant contract
value.
iCt programs that are implemented on an ongoing basis by the company in 2015 and the future periods are as
follows: 1. procurement of integrated siM application for main
port and Class ii branch; 2. integrated siM application migration to the port
class ii, iii, and iV branches multiyear; 3. Development of warehouse data
4. procurement of original software licenses; 5. enhancement of functional quality of the existing
CtOs multiyear; 6. Continued procurement of siM applications of
conventional containers to the port of tarakan and pantoloan branch;
7. Consulting and supervising eRpsystem implementation multiyear.
