Pada tanggal 17 September 2009 Menteri Perdagangan Republik Indonesia dengan surat No.1418M-DAG92009 sehubungan
dengan surat PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Persero holding No. U- 385A000.PS2009 tanggal 31 Agustus 2009 perihal ijin ekspor
urea tahun 2009 maka Perusahaan mendapat persetujuan untuk mengekspor pupuk urea sebesar 208.000 dua ratus delapan ribu
ton sesuai dengan ketentuan. On September 17, 2009 Minister of trade of the Republic of Indonesia
with the letter No.1418M-DAG92009 in related with the letter of PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Persero holding No. U 385A000.PS2009 on
August 31, 2009 concerning of permission of urea export in 2009 then the Company received permission of Urea export of 208.000
two hundred and eight thousand ton under policies.

Republik Indonesia No. 1997M-DAG122009 perihal perpanjangan ijin
ekspor pupuk urea berlaku sampai dengan 30 Juni 2010 sebesar 20.000 dua puluh ribu ton.
On December 28, 2009 the Company obtained export permission license of Urea from Minister of trade of the Republic of Indonesia
with letter No. 1997M-DAG122009 expired on June 30,2010 of 20.000 twenty thousand tons.

2003 Perusahaan
melakukan perjanjian tentang pengadaan gas bumi dari PT Pertamina untuk
Pabrik Kaltim-I yaitu Perjanjian Pembelian dan Penjualan Gas Alam untuk Pabrik Pupuk Kaltim-I No. 290AC000002003-S1.
Berdasarkan perjanjian tersebut PT Pertamina berkewajiban menyuplai gas alam yang digunakan untuk Pabrik Kaltim I selama
periode mulai 1 Juli 2003 dan berakhir 31 Desember 2011 dengan kuantitas tidak lebih dari 30,000,000 MMBTUs per tahun.
Harga jual kontrak disesuaikan setiap triwulan dan dihitung menggunakan rumus penghitungan yang disetujui dalam Surat
dari Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral kepada kepala BPMIGAS No. 236520MEM.M2003 tanggal 18 Juli 2003.
On December 30, 2003, the Company entered into gas supply agreement with Pertamina for Kaltim-I in Natural Gas Sale and
Purchase Agreement for Kaltim-I Plant No. 290AC000002003-S1. According to this Agreement, PT Pertamina has obligation to provide
supply of Natural Gas to the Kaltim I during the period starting on July 1, 2003 and ending on December 31, 2011, and an aggregate
quantity of natural gas is less than 30.000.000 MMBTUs annualy. The Contract Sales Price shall be adjusted for each quarter and shall be
calculated according to the formula, which was approved in Letter No. 236520MEM.M2003 dated July 18, 2003 from the Minister of

No. 1363M-DAGSD102010 expired on December 31,2010 of 265.000 two hundred and sixty five thousand tons.
On July 14, 2010 the Company obtained export permission license of Urea from Minister of trade of the Republic of Indonesia with letter
No. 964M-DAGSD72010 expired on December 31,2010 of 198.500 one hundred ninety eight thousand and five hundred tons.
