untuk penambahan modal disetor yang berasal dari pelaksanaan

buy 780,394,335 shares of the Bank amounting to Rp 277,672,108.
Pada tanggal 30 December 2016, Bank telah menerima dana dari Deutsche Investitions - Und
Entwicklungsgesellschaft Mbh
DEG sebesar
Rp 277,672,108. Peningkatan modal disetor ini telah dituangkan
dalam Akta Notaris No. 5 tanggal 17 Januari 2017 dan telah dilaporkan dan diterima oleh Kementerian
Hukum dan HAM melalui surat No. AHU-AH.01.03- 0024021 tanggal 19 Januari 2017. Oleh karena itu,
penambahan modal saham Tanpa Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu sebesar Rp 267.775.610
setelah dikurangi biaya transaksi terkait ini dicatat sebagai
saham disetor
dimuka pada
tanggal 31 Desember 2016.
On 30 December 2016, Bank has received the fund from
Deutsche Investitions
- Und
Entwicklungsgesellschaft Mbh DEG amounting to Rp 277,672,108 which was recorded as the capital
subscribed in advance. The increase in paid-up capital has been legalised
through Notarial Deed No. 5 dated 17 January 2017 and has been reported and accepted by Ministry of
Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia through its letter No. AHU-AH.01.03-0024021 dated
19 January 2017. Therefore, the increase of paid up capital
from Additional
New Shares
Without Preemptive Rights amounting to Rp 267,775,610
net of related transaction cost recorded as capital subscribed in advance on 31 December 2016.
28. WARAN 28. WARRANTS
Pada tanggal 17 Juni 2011, berkenaan dengan PUT V, Bank telah menerbitkan sejumlah 1.448.939.990
Waran Seri VI dengan ketentuan setiap pemegang saham yang memiliki 200 saham lama berhak untuk
membeli 85 saham baru serta akan memperoleh hak 63 Waran Seri VI. Waran Seri VI ini merupakan
waran yang memberikan hak kepada pemegangnya untuk melakukan pembelian saham baru dengan
nilai nominal dan harga pelaksanaan sebesar Rp 100 dalam Rupiah penuh setiap saham. Waran
yang diterbitkan mempunyai periode pelaksanaan dari 20 Februari 2012 sampai dengan 1 Juli 2016,
dimana setiap 1 Waran Seri VI memberikan hak kepada pemegangnya untuk membeli 1 saham
baru. In connection with LPO V, the Bank also issued a
number of
1,448,939,990 Series
VI Warrants
whereby each 200 common stock is entitled to buy 85 new common shares and obtain 63 Series VI
Warrants. Series VI Warrants are warrants which give the rights to the shareholders to purchase new
shares which have par value and exercise price of Rp 100 full amount per share. The warrants have
an exercise period from 20 February 2012 up to 1 July 2016, whereby each 1 Series VI Warrant has a
right to purchase 1 new share.
Pada tanggal 31 Desember 2016 dan 2015, jumlah sisa waran seri VI yang belum dikonversi menjadi
saham masing-masing adalah sejumlah nihil dan 883.331.338 2016 dan 2015, 883.331.338.
As at 31 December 2016 and 2015, total of Series VI Warrants which has not yet been converted into
shares are nil and 883,331,338, 883,331,338 2016 dan 2015.

29. ADDITIONAL PAID-IN CAPITAL
Tambahan modal disetor merupakan selisih antara jumlah yang diterima dari penerbitan saham dengan
nilai nominal yang dicatat sebagai setoran modal. The additional paid-in capital represent the excess
of proceeds of issuance of shares with the par value recorded as paid-in capital.
