Competent Human Resources HR plays a critical role as a key component to support the Company’s attainment of its vision and mission. As a result, the Company tries hard to develop its human capital based on the values of professionalism, productivity, commitment, dedication, and loyalty to the Company. Our policies regarding our human capital development are as follows: 1. Conduct recruitment and selection by improving the candidate standards for every position and level, carrying out concise processes, maintaining cost efficiency, and meeting the human capital requirements for any given time period. 2. Implement a training and career development system that is organized and consistent based on competence, with the objective to improve the skills, dedication, performance and high productivity of our employees. 3. Extend rewards in the form of welfare and competitive remuneration packages according to the prevailing rules and regulations. 4. Involve potential individuals in all decision-making related to the Company’s policies by the management, nurturing the sense of belonging and responsibility among employees towards the targets set by the management. 5. Creating and maintaining a safe and conducive industrial relationship in order to develop a harmonious and comfortable working environment to ensure a high workplace productivity.

A. Organizational Development

As the Company grows and faces greater challenges from the external environment, the role of human capital as the agent of change in the organization’s development is important to achieve the Company’s vision and mission, promoting a productive, effective and efficient system. Evaluation of the Company’s organizational structure continues to be implemented as the basis for accurate manpower planning and the means to create meaningful work flows by encouraging productive, effective and efficient communication. The implementation of corporate core values and the HR competence model acts as the foundation for all policies and activities. Sumber Daya Manusia SDM yang kompeten merupakan modal utama dalam mendukung pencapaian visi dan misi perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, Perseroan senantiasa berupaya mengembangkan SDM yang profesional, produktif, berkomitmen, berdedikasi, dan memiliki loyalitas terhadap Perseroan. Kebijakan Perseroan terkait pengembangan SDM di Perseroan adalah sebagai berikut: 1. Melakukan proses rekrutmen dan seleksi dengan meningkatkan standar kandidat untuk setiap posisi dan tingkatan, proses yang tidak berkepanjangan, dan biaya yang efisien, dan tetap memenuhi SDM yang sesuai dalam periode waktu tertentu. 2. Mengimplementasikan sistem pelatihan dan pengembangan karir yang tertata dan konsisten berdasarkan kompetensi, sehingga pekerja memiliki ketrampilan, dedikasi, kinerja dan produktivitas yang tinggi. 3. Memberikan penghargaan dalam bentuk kesejahteraan dan remunerasi yang kompetitif dan sesuai peraturan perundangan yang berlaku. 4. Melibatkan individu-individu yang potensial dalam setiap pengambilan keputusan kebijakan manajemen perusahaan, sehingga menimbulkan rasa memiliki dan bertanggung jawab terhadap target yang ditentukan oleh manajemen. 5.
