Saat ini, KPEI telah menggunakan pedoman karier serta data penilaian kandidat, di antaranya dengan menggunakan kesesuaian rasio karyawan terhadap posisi dalam proses mutasi, promosi, dan rotasi karyawan. Dengan demikian, proses penilaian terhadap karyawan bisa dilakukan secara lebih komprehensif. Pemenuhan rekomendasi PFMI-IosCo Dalam rangka menuju CCP berkelas internasional sesuai rekomendasi PFMI-IOSCO, KPEI telah mengusulkan beberapa tindak lanjut, antara lain: a. Perbaikan tata kelola pengendalian risiko dengan menunjuk Chief Risk Oficer suatu jabatan setingkat Direksi; b. Pembentukan Unit Enterprise Risk Management dalam struktur organisasi KPEI; c. Pemisahan pengelolaan risiko menjadi 3 tiga fungsi, yakni fungsi bisnis operasional perusahaan, fungsi pengelolaan risiko dan kepatuhan, serta fungsi auditor internal dan auditor eksternal. Career Management In 2015, KPEI continued to implement career path for all employees. Currently, KPEI has been implementing career guidelines and candidate assessment data, using the ratio of employee suitability to the position in the employee mutation, promotion, and rotation processes. Fulilment of PFMI-IosCo recommendation To become a world class CCP, as recommended by PFMI- IOSCO, KPEI had proposed several follow-up actions, among others: a. Establishment of Enterprise Risk Management Unit in KPEI organizational structure; c.
