3. Results and Discussion.
3.1. Sample Preparation and Extraction. The red dragon fruit peel Hylocereus

Liquid‐liquid fractionation performed to separate compounds that are polar and semi‐polar in condensed RDFP‐EtO extract. Polar compounds such betacyanin and anthocyanins will be drawn into a solvent mixture of O‐MeO, whereas compounds that are semipolar flavonoids such as flavones and flavonols is attracted to the solvent ethyl acetate AcOEt ndriasari, ; Budilaksono et al, .
