1. K4p1 Masalah

tenaga analisis adalah belum
terbentuknya responsive
culture pada instansi masing-
masing. Masalah
teoritis yang diangkat adalah belum pernah
dilakukan pemetaan
tahapan dan
sifat responsive
culture dengan 346 esponsiv

people oriented dan objek
activity oriented.

not been established in each institution. The
theoretical problem to discuss is that the
mapping step has not been conducted and the
nature of responsive culture

oriented as its indicator, subject
people oriented, and object
activity oriented. This research was conducted
to make a confirmatory as an indicator maker of
responsive
culture variable, to do the
mapping step and the characteristic
of responsive culture that
can be used to improve the leader‟s and analyst
staff‟s competence at the government and

memotret budaya
organisasi dan melihat hubungan
kausalitas yaitu mengkaji dan
menjelaskan hubungan kausal antar variabel
melalui
pengujian hipotesis.
Statistik Structural
Equation Modeling
SEM dengan
software Partial Least Square
PLS digunakan
untuk melakukan

terbaik jalur pengaruh. Statistik
MANOVA digunakan
untuk mengetahui perbedaan
laboratorium kesehatan pemerintah
dengan swasta.
Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa

cukup responsive. 2 Selain
ketepatan, ketelitian, dan kualitas
hasil pemeriksaan
dengan tingkat akurasi yang
tinggi, laboratorium
klinik khususnya
tenaga analis juga dituntut
memiliki pengetahuan baru
yang sesuai
dengan perubahan
yang tengah
berlangsung, misalkan memperhatikan
kebutuhan lain dari pasien yang terkait
dengan
pelayanan laboratorium
klinik. Sederhananya
suggestion and
