eksistensi LKJ
bernilai cukup tinggi. Performansinya
beragam dan ada yang belum
optimal, persepsi

estetis- arsitektural
yang tinggi
secara substansial
diikuti oleh
kualitas ekologis-biofisik yang

lingkungan LKJ
terkelompok menjadi dua, yakni gabungan
estetis-arsitektural, ekologis-biofisik dan
sosial, dan kelompok fungsi
ekonomi, dimana
fungsi ekonomi lebih rendah
nilainya. Apresiasi
publik terhadap nilai lingkungan
dipengaruhi oleh
tingkat pendidikan
dan latar belakang yang bertaut dengan
bidang arsitektur dan lingkungan. Dari hasil
ini diformulasikan
konsepsi model secara terpadu
yang mengakomodasi
Ecologically- biophysically,
the quality of the SCLs
within the city being researched still meets
the required standard quality. The potentials
of public participation are reflected in the
relatively high surplus- value
of SCL
consumers, and by and large influenced by
levels of education and income.
The environmental values
shaped by SCL are clustered
into two
categories, i.e.,
the category of combined
aesthetic-architectural and
ecological- biophysal values, and
the category
of economic functions, in
which such functions are valued as lower
than the
former category.
