c. The Right of the Board of Directors.
Member of the Board of Directors shall have the right to earn salary and, for newly appointed member of the Board of Directors, obtain an introduction program about the Company. In addition, the Board of Directors for certain deeds on his own responsibility, is entitled to appoint a person or more as his deputy or proxy, by giving him or them authority for certain deeds as arranged in the Power of Attorney 1115. a. Meeting of the Board of Directors is a meeting held by the Board of Directors that has been scheduled regularly or not. The meeting is held as a mechanism to plan and monitor the implementation of the strategy and policy of the Company. b. Determination of the Meeting Agenda. 1 The meeting agenda is based on the work programme of the Board of Directors or other matters deemed necessary. 2 The meeting materials include the evaluation on the implementation of the decisions of the previous meeting results. c.
