If up to the date requested by the member of the Board of Commissioners concerned or within thirty 30 days from the date of the acceptance of the resignation letter in the event that the effective date of the resignation is not mentioned, then the member of the Board of Commissioners concerned is automatically dismissed on the requested date or with the passage of thirty 30 day period since the date of the resigation letter is accepted without requiring the GOS approval. 125 d. Prior the resignation is effective, the member of the Board of Commissioners concerned remains responsible for the implementation of tasks and responsibility in accordance with the Articles of Assocation and legislations. e. In the event that the resignation is due to double post holding, within a period of at least 7 seven days since the double post is identified, other member of the Board of Commissioners or members of the Board of Directors must submit notification to the GMOSMinister regarding the said double post for further process of dismissal determination. 126 f. In the case that the resignation that is due to double post that is not in accordance with the prevailing legislation as set forth in subparagraph e, the member of the Board of Commissioners concerned should no longer perform its duties and responsibilities until his resignation is determined by the GMOS. g. The Company is obliged to report such resignation in the next GMOS. h. 8. Charging of Vacant Positions of the Member of the Board of Commissioners

Specifically for the vacant post of President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner, the charging of vacant position is conducted through the meeting of the Board of Commissioners, until it is determined later by the GMOS. If for a reason, the position of a member of the Board of Commissioner is vacant, then: 127 a. The GMOS shall be held within a period of at least thirty 30 days after the vacancy occurs, to fill in the vacancy. b. In the event that the vacant position is due to the expiration of tenure of the Board of Commissioners member, then the member of the Board of Commissioners whose tenure ends can be appointed by the GMOS to temporarily remain performing his duties as a member of the Board of Commissioners with same duties, authorities and responsibilities. c. The acting member the Board of Commissioners as mentioned in subparagraph b is awarded with honorarium and allowances facilities as a member of the Board of Commissioners, except for the severance payment.

9. Circumstances of All Position of Members of the Board of Commissioners Vacant

If by any reason the Company has no member of the Board of Commissioners, then: 128 a. Within no later than thirty 30 days after the vacancy occurs, the GMOS shall be held to fill up the vacancy. b. During the position of the Board of Commissioners vacant due to other reasons than expiration of the tenure, the GMOS appoints one or several persons of the Shareholders or other party to temporarily perform the duties of the Board of Commissioners. c. Induction Program A member of the Board of Commissioners, who is appointed for the first time, must be provided with an Induction Program regarding the Company. The Induction Program is required to allow the newly appointed member of the Board of Commissioners to understand the background and the business activities of the Company as well as in order to understand all aspects related to his roles and responsibilities, so he can perform the tasks effectively. The responsibility for conducting the induction program is held by the Corporate Secretary or whoever runs the function as Corporate Secretary. 129 The documentation of the induction program is also carried out by the Corporate Secretary.
