Menyadari hal tersebut, tahun 2014 KPEI menerapkan strategi berupa kelanjutan program restrukturisasi organisasi, sekaligus memfokuskan peningkatan kualitas pengelolaan SDM yang berbasis kompetensi. Hasil dari program restrukturisasi organisasi, KPEI mempunyai 10 sepuluh Divisi yang membawahi 21 dua puluh satu Unit dan 2 dua Spesialis, dan pada tahun 2014 seluruh posisi manajer lini sudah dilengkapi. PENGELOLAAN SDM 2014 Mengantisipasi dinamika tahun 2014 dengan banyaknya tantangan baik internal maupun eksternal, implementasi strategi SDM dilakukan sesuai dengan program yang telah ditetapkan. Beberapa fokus pengelolaan SDM di tahun 2014 meliputi inisiatif kegiatan, pengembangan kompetensi, program knowledge management KM dan survei. Inisiatif Kegiatan Inisiatif kegiatan yang dilakukan SDM pada tahun 2014 meliputi:

1. Harmonisasi Remunerasi SRO

Sejalan dengan kebijakan harmonisasi Self- Regulatory Organization SRO dalam rangka untuk menyempurnakan Total Reward System, di tahun 2014 dilaksanakan harmonisasi remunerasi SRO yang dibantu oleh konsultan Tower Watson Indonesia. Kegiatan ini terbagi menjadi 3 tiga tahapan, yaitu job evaluation, salary structure development , dan benefit review and harmonization . Adapun tujuan diadakan harmonisasi remunerasi agar SRO memiliki satu salary structure yang digunakan sebagai referensi penentuan kebijakan salary di masing-masing SRO. HUMAN RESOURCES HR In line with the corporate’s growth, HR increasingly becomes an important factor in KPEI’s growth. In 2014 KPEI implemented a strategy to continue its organization restructuring, at the same time focusing on enhancing the competency-based HR management quality. As a result of the organization restructuring program, KPEI currently has 10 ten Divisions overseeing 21 twenty one Units and 2 two Specialists, and has completed all business manager positions in 2014. HR MANAGEMENT IN 2014 To anticipate of a dynamic 2014 with internal and external challenges, HR strategy was implemented in line with the previously set programs. HR management focus in 2014 included initiatives, competency development, knowledge management programs and surveys. Initiatives The HR initiatives in 2014 are as follows:

1. SROs Remuneration Harmonization

In line with the Self-Regulatory Organization SRO harmonization policy aimed at refining the Total Reward System, SROs remuneration harmonization was carried out in 2014 assisted by Tower Watson Indonesia consultant. This activity included 3 three steps which are job evaluation, salary structure development, and benefit review and harmonization. The objective of the remuneration harmonization was to establish single salary structure for SROs, which applied as a salary policy stipulation reference by all SROs.
