Penerapan dan Penegakan Pedoman Perilaku
Implementasi Code of Conduct dilaksanakan oleh seluruh Insan PELNI. Untuk itu, Perseroan melaksanakan sosialisasi
dan internalisasi untuk memastikan Code of Conduct diketahui dan dijalankan oleh seluruh Insan Perusahaan. Pedoman GCG
dan Code of Conduct telah di-upload pada website PELNI www. pelni.co.id dan dapat diunduh secara langsung. Seluruh Insan
PELNI diharuskan untuk membaca dan memahami dengan baik Pedoman Perilaku Perusahaan serta wajib secara berkala setiap
tahunnya untuk menandatangani Surat Pernyataan Kepatuhan Pedoman Perilaku sebagai wujud komitmen atas kepatuhan
tersebut.
Bagi setiap Insan Perseroan yang mengetahui suatu situasi yang diyakini berpotensi melanggar Code of Conduct harus segera
melaporkan kepada atasan atau pimpinan yang lebih tinggi secara tertulis dengan mencantumkan identitas pelapor berdasarkan
buktibukti yang lengkap dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan serta tidak mengandung unsur fitnah dan kepentingan
pribadi. Perusahaan akan melindungi kerahasiaan setiap Insan PELNI yang telah melaporkan pelanggaran dan akan segera
menindaklanjutinya kecuali laporannya tidak benar dan kepada pelapor dapat dikenakan sanksi sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.
Pemberian sanksi terhadap pelanggaran Code of Conduct dilakukan untuk menegakkan Code of Conduct Perusahaan.
Setiap Insan Perseroan yang terbukti melakukan pelanggaran terhadap Code of Conduct akan diberikan sanksi. Pemberian
sanksi akan diatur dengan peraturan tersendiri yang ditetapkan sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintah.
Sosialisasi Code of Conduct
Perseroan senantiasa melakukan sosialisasi Pedoman Perilaku Perusahaan, karena sosialisasi merupakan tahapan penting
dalam terciptanya insan PELNI yang berprilaku sesuai dengan Budaya Perusahaan. Pedoman Perilaku dikomunikasikan
dan disosialisasikan kepada Dewan Komisaris dan organ pendukungnya, Direksi dan pejabat satu tingkat di bawah Direksi
serta seluruh pegawai yaitu antara lain melalui penandatanganan Pakta Integritas yang memuat komitmen pelaksanaan Pedoman
Perilaku.
Dalam ketentuan Bab IV mengenai sosialisasi Code of Conduct, disebutkan bahwa seluruh Insan PELNI harus membaca dan
memahami dengan baik isi Buku Pedoman dan bertanggungjawab untuk menaatinya. Direktorat SDM dan Umum berkewajiban
untuk mensosialisasikan Pedoman Perilaku kepada seluruh Insan PELNI dengan menyampaikan daftar baca. Setiap Insan PELNI
dapat meminta penjelasan dari atasan langsung apabila kurang memahami kebijakan Pedoman Perilaku.
Application and Enforcement of the Code of Conduct
Implementation of Code of Conduct implemented by all PELNI People. Therefore, the Company conducts socialization
and internalization to ensure that the Code of Conduct is acknowledged and implemented by all Company People. The
Code of GCG and Code of Conduct have been uploaded on the PELNI website www.pelni.co.id and can be downloaded directly.
All PELNI People are required to read and understand the Code of Conduct properly and to annually sign the Compliance
Statement of Compliance as manifestation of their compliance.
For any Company People who acknowledge a situation that is believed to have the potential to violate the Code of Conduct
must immediately report to the superior or higher leadership in writing by including the identity of the reporter on the basis of
full and accountable evidences and does not contain libel and personal interests. The Company will protect the confidentiality
of any PELNI Insan who has reported the violation and will follow up immediately unless the report is incorrect and the
complainant may be subject to sanctions in accordance with applicable regulations.
Sanctions administration on the violationa gainst the Code of Conduct is aimed to enforce the Code of Conduct. Any Company
People who is proven to have violated the Code of Conduct shall be punished. Sanctions shall be governed by a separate regulation
established in accordance with government regulations.
Socialization of the Code of Conduct
The Company always disseminates the Code of Conduct considering the socialization as an important step in developing
PELNI People who adapt the Corporate Culture in their attitude. The Code of Conduct is communicated and disseminated to the
Board of Commissioners and its supporting structures, the Board of Directors and the one-level executives under the Board of
Directors and all employees, among others through the signing of the Integrity Pact which contains the commitment of the
implementation of Code of Conducts.
In the provisions of Chapter IV on the socialization of the Code of Conduct, the provisions mentioned that all Insan PELNI must
read and understand well the contents of the Manual and be responsible for obeying it. The Directorate of Human Resources
and General Affairs is obliged to socialize the Code of Conduct to all PELNI People by submitting the reading list. Each PELNI People
may request an explanation from the immediate supervisor if heshe is not familiar with the Code of Conduct policy.
