Annual Report PT PELNI Persero
PELNI dengan metode sewa seat management. Metode seat management memudahkan PELNI dalam pengelolaan
perangkat-perangkat workstation tersebut. Hal tersebut dikarenakan vendor pelaksana pekerjaan harus memberikan
layanan kepada PELNI berupa penyediaan, pemeliharaan, dan penggantian perangkat. Layanan tersebut diukur dan dijamin
dalam bentuk service level agreement SLA yang disepakati baik PELNI maupun vendor dalam suatu kontrak. Pada tahun 2016,
terdapat empat pekerjaan pengadaan perangkat workstation dengan metode seat management yaitu:

2. Aplikasi
Pembangunan dan pengembangan aplikasi-aplikasi yang ada di PT PELNI Persero didasarkan kepada kebutuhan fungsi-fungsi
bisnis milik perusahaan. Berikut ini pemetaaan aplikasi-aplikasi PELNI berdasarkan fungsi-fungsi bisnis perusahaan:
