1. Perluasan Jaringan Kantor
Di tahun 2016, Bank masih akan membuka cabang baru di kota yang potensial dan mengoptimalkan jaringan kantor dengan peningkatan status kantor, serta merelokasi kantor kas yang saat ini dinilai tidak produktif ataupun tidak sesuai dengan target pasar yang sudah dicanangkan oleh Bank. Adapun rencana perubahan jaringan kantor yang akan dilakukan adalah: a. Pembukaan 2 kantor cabang, yaitu di kota Manado dan Denpasar, yang merupakan carry over dari rencana tahun 2015; b. Peningkatan status 1 kantor kas menjadi kantor cabang dan peningkatan status 7 kantor kas menjadi kantor cabang pembantu; c. Relokasi 2 kantor kas. Selain rencana di atas, Bank akan memperkuat sinergi dengan melakukan kerja sama dengan perusahaan- perusahaan dalam grup Bank. Sinergi yang akan dilakukan diantaranya adalah bersama Victoria Management Investasi memasarkan product investment, serta bersama Victoria Insurance memasarkan produk asuransi kesehatan dan asuransi kecelakaan dengan menggunakan media telemarketing dan digital marketing dari pihak ketiga.2. Pengembangan Produk dan aktivitas Kredit Baru
Produk dan pengembangan aktivitas baru di tahun 2016 adalah ATM Card – NSICCS dan penjualan referral product Victoria Insurance, serta internet banking dan mobile banking. Selain itu, Bank juga akan mengembangkan produk bancassurance sebagai kelanjutan rencana kerja sejak tahun 2014, serta mengembangkan produk VIP Giro yang merupakan revisi dari produk yang sudah ada. b. Quality of administration and process acceleration will be improved, in terms of lending, operations, and IT; c. Transactions that are increasingly complex and increasing in number will be delivered on time, with zero defect, satisfactorily to customers; d. Core banking data will be processed and distributed to various units of work that require such data, in the form of reports that are precise and accurate, so that business decision-making processes become more efective; e. The Bank will focus more on retail banking and compete with its competitors; f. Continuously enhancing the existing corporate governance structure and conducting enforcement process as a continuation of GCG structure through intensive SOP training, whose implementation is monitored by the supervisors. WoRK PLans FoR 2016 Bank Victoria’s work plans for 2016 are as follows.1. Oice Network Expansion
In 2016, the Bank will open new branch oices in cities deemed potential, and optimize its oice network by improving the status of certain oices, as well as relocating cash oices currently considered non- productive or not in accordance with the target market proposed by the Bank. Plans to alter the oice network that will be carried out are: a. Opening of two branches, namely in Manado and Denpasar, which is carried over from the 2015 work plans; b. Raising the status of 1 cash oice into branch oice, and raising the status of 7 cash oices to sub-branch oices; c. Relocating two cash oices. In addition to the above plan, the Bank will strengthen its synergy by working with companies in the Bank’s business group. The synergy that will be fostered is with Victoria Management Investasi to market investment products, as well as with Victoria Insurance to market health insurance and accident insurance products using telemarketing and third-party digital media marketing.2. Development of new Products and Lending activities
The development of new products and activities in 2016 includes ATM Card – NSICCS and Victoria Insurance product sales referrals, as well as internet banking and mobile banking.
