Kualitas Proses Kredit • Sentralisasi proses kredit di kantor pusat untuk pengajuan dengan plafon di atas Rp5 miliar; • Kantor cabang dapat melakukan proses kredit untuk plafon lebih kecil sampai dengan Rp5 miliar; • Proses kredit hanya dapat dilakukan oleh Divisi Business dan kantor cabang dengan limit yang telah ditetapkan; • Kantor cabang pembantu diperkenankan untuk membukukan kredit, namun tidak dapat melakukan pemrosesan kredit; • Kantor kas tidak diperkenankan untuk memproses dan membukukan kredit, serta hanya bersifat referral; • Meningkatkan peranan credit analyst dengan menurunkan plafon kredit yang harus dilakukan review menjadi di atas Rp5 miliar sebelumnya di atas Rp10 miliar.e. Meningkatkan Peran dan Kualitas sumber Daya Manusia di Bidang Perkreditan
• Menetapkan sasaran kerja individu KPI bagi kepala divisi, branch manager, dan account oicer berdasarkan pencapaian portofolio dari sisi kuantitas dan kualitas; • Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan branch manager dan account oicer secara berkala melalui program pelatihan baik dari internal maupun eksternal; • Memberikan kewenangan memutus kredit kepada branch manager dan dimonitoring secara berkala.f. • Melakukan pemantauan dan penagihan kol 2 secara regular dan disiplin; • Melakukan koordinasi dengan bagian restrukturisasi dan remedial untuk kol 2 dan NPL; • Melakukan pemantauan perkembangan kol 3, 4 dan 5 NPL yang ditangani, baik oleh bagian restrukturisasi maupun remedial, termasuk jika membaik dan kembali ke bisnis.3. aspek operasional Teknologi
