b. Financial Literacy infrastructure strengthening Program

The program is related to the introduction of banking products and services provided to prospective and existing customers. This was done in coordination between the branches and the head oice. Taking advantage of the 101 oices in its branch network, Bank Victoria consistently conducts a inancial education program to its prospective and existing customers to promote its new banking products and services. Since the irst quarter of 2014, Bank Victoria has oicially collaborated with several insurance partners by ofering a number of bancassurance products to the customers. This cooperation marked the beginning of Bank Victoria’s wealth management program, with which we aim to help our customers increase their wealth. With the presence of bancassurance products, we continued to disseminate and introduce such products to prospective and existing customers in and outside of the branches. In addition, training and deeper learning of the materials related to the products are given to all Bank Victoria Branch Managers, through gathering and roadshows to each cluster of branches, so that the Branch Manager who is a branch leader also understands in detail the beneits and risks of the products ofered to customers. Moreover, in customer gatherings a special session is held to explain the uses, beneits and diferences of the products and services ofered by the Bank, including information on fees and other additional information. Dissemination and introduction of products was also backed by insurance partners who dispatched their bancassurance experts, so the explanation of products that were ofered could be more comprehensive and detailed. This program has been run in several clusters of branches, including in the areas of West Jakarta, Central Jakarta and South Jakarta.

b. Program Penguatan infrastruktur Literasi Keuangan

Program ini berhubungan dengan pengenalan produk, layanan dan jasa perbankan yang diberikan kepada calon nasabah maupun nasabah. Hal ini dilakukan dengan koordinasi antara cabang dan kantor pusat. Dengan bermodalkan jaringan cabang yang telah mencapai 101 cabang, Bank Victoria dengan konsisten mengadakan program edukasi keuangan kepada nasabah dan calon nasabah terkait dengan hadirnya produk maupun layanan baru di Bank. Sejak triwulan pertama tahun 2014, Bank Victoria telah resmi bekerjasama dengan beberapa mitra asuransi dengan menghadirkan sejumlah produk bancassurance kepada nasabah kami. Kerjasama ini merupakan awal dari program wealth management Bank Victoria dimana kami bertujuan membantu para nasabah kami dalam meningkatkan wealth mereka. Dengan hadirnya produk-produk bancassurance, kami terus melakukan sosialisasi dan pengenalan produk kepada calon nasabah dan nasabah baik di cabang maupun di luar cabang. Selain itu, training dan pendalaman materi mengenai produk juga terus dilakukan kepada semua Branch Manager Bank Victoria, baik dalam bentuk gathering maupun roadshow per cluster cabang, supaya Branch Manager yang merupakan pimpinan cabang juga memahami dan mengerti secara detil mengenai manfaat dan risiko atas produk-produk yang ditawarkan kepada nasabah. Selain itu, dalam setiap acara customer gathering, akan dilakukan sesi khusus untuk menerangkan kegunaan, manfaat dan perbedaan dalam produk dan layanan yang ditawarkan Bank, termasuk dalamnya informasi mengenai biaya dan informasi tambahan lainnya. Sosialisasi dan pengenalan produk juga didukung oleh para mitra asuransi yang hadir ditemani dengan pakar bancassurance, sehingga penjelasan produk yang ditawarkan semakin komprehensif dan mendetail. Program ini telah dijalankan di beberapa cluster cabang, termasuk di antaranya di kawasan Jakarta Barat, Jakarta Pusat dan Jakarta Selatan.
