RISK MANAGEMENT continued Untuk mencapai tujuan di atas dan sejalan dengan Peraturan Bank Indonesia No. 1125PBI2009 tanggal 1 Juli 2009 mengenai Perubahan Peraturan Bank Indonesia No. 582003 tanggal 19 Mei 2003 tentang Penerapan Manajemen Risiko Bagi Bank Umum serta Surat Edaran Bank Indonesia No. 1323DPNP tanggal 25 Oktober 2011 perihal Perubahan atas Surat Edaran Bank Indonesia No. 521DPNP tanggal 29 September 2003 perihal Penerapan Manajemen Risiko bagi Bank Umum, perlu dibangun kesadaran dan budaya manajemen risiko terpadu integrated risk management culture yang difokuskan pada efektivitas penerapan tata kelola dan kerangka kerja manajemen risiko meliputi pengawasan aktif manajemen Bank, kecukupan kebijakan dan prosedur serta penetapan limit risiko, proses identifikasi, pengukuran, pemantauan dan pengendalian risiko Bank serta integrasi sistem informasi di Bank. To achieve the above objectives and in line with Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 1125PBI2009 dated July 1, 2009 concerning the amendment to Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 582003 dated May 19, 2003 on the Implementation of Risk Management for Commercial Banks and Bank Indonesia Circular Letter No. 1323DPNP dated October 25, 2011 on Amendment of Bank Indonesia Circular Letter No. 521DPNP dated September 29, 2003 on Implementation of Risk Management for Commercial Banks, it is necessary to build awareness and integrated risk management culture which focused on the effectiveness of the corporate governance implementation and risk management framework, including active monitoring of bank’s management, adequacy of policies and procedures and risk limit setting, identification process, measuring, monitoring and controlling of the bank’s risks as well as information systems integration within the Bank. Penerapan manajemen risiko di Bank telah dituangkan dalam beberapa kebijakan dan prosedur, antara lain Kebijakan Umum Manajemen Risiko KUMR. KUMR berperan sebagai aturan tertinggi dalam implementasi manajemen risiko pada seluruh kegiatan bisnis Bank, yang meliputi kebijakan, strategi, organisasi, sistem informasi manajemen risiko, pengawasan risiko, pengelolaan produk dan aktivitas baru dan Business Continuity Plan BCP. Proses penerapan manajemen risiko yang meliputi identifikasi, pengukuran, pemantauan, pengelolaan dan pengendalian terhadap 8 delapan risiko yaitu risiko kredit, risiko pasar, risiko likuiditas, risiko operasional, risiko kepatuhan, risiko strategis, risiko hukum dan risiko reputasi. Implementation of risk management in the Bank has been set in several policies and procedures, such as Risk Management General Policy KUMR. KUMR is the supreme rule in the implementation of risk management in all business activities of Bank, covering the policies, strategy, organization, risk management information system, risk control, management of new products and activities and Business Continuity Plan BCP. Risk management implementation process includes identification, measurement, monitoring, management and control of the 8 eight types of risk which are credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk, operational risk, compliance risk, strategic risk, legal risk and reputational risk. Penilaian Profil Risiko sesuai dengan PBI No.131PBI2011 tanggal 05 Januari 2011 tentang Penilaian Tingkat Kesehatan Bank Umum dan SE BI No. 1323DPNP tanggal 25 Oktober 2011 perihal Perubahan atas Surat Edaran No. 521DPNP perihal Penerapan Manajemen Risiko bagi Bank Umum dilakukan terhadap risiko yang melekat inherent risk dan kualitas penerapan manajemen risiko melalui proses self asessment pada seluruh aktivitas bisnis Bank yang mencakup 8 delapan risiko. Risk profile assessment in accordance with PBI No. 131PBI2011 dated January 5, 2011 on The Soundness Rating of Commercial Banks and SE BI No. 1323DPNP dated October 25, 2011 on Amendment to Circular Letter No. 521DPNP on Application of Risk Management for Commercial Banks is done on inherent risk and the implementation quality of risk management through the entire process of self asessment in all of the Banks business activities which includes 8 eight types of risk. 313 LAPORAN TAHUNAN 2013 BANK BRI AGRO Indonesian language. RISK MANAGEMENT continued Penerapan manajemen risiko melibatkan semua unsur dalam Bank, dimana Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi mempunyai tugas memastikan penerapan manajemen risiko telah memadai sesuai dengan karakteristik, kompleksitas dan profil risiko Bank serta memahami dengan baik jenis dan tingkat risiko yang melekat pada kegiatan bisnis bank. The implementation of Risk Management involves all the elements within the Bank, where The Board of Commissioners and Directors are responsible to ensure that adequate Risk Management in line with, characteristics, complexity and the Bank’s risk profile, as well as a good understanding of the type and level of inherent risk in the Bank’s business activities. Dewan Komisaris melakukan evaluasi terhadap kebijakan dan implementasi manajemen risiko yang dilakukan oleh Direksi. Evaluasi dilakukan dalam rangka memastikan bahwa Direksi mengelola aktivitas dan risiko-risiko Bank secara efektif. Dalam melakukan pengawasan aktif terhadap manajemen risiko Bank, Dewan Komisaris dibantu oleh Komite Pemantau Risiko KPR. The Board of Commissioners will evaluates the policies and implementation of risk management conducted by The Board of Directors. Evaluation is made to ensure that The Board of Director has managed the Risk Management Activities of the Bank in an effective manner. The active supervision of the Bank’s Risk Management, by The Board of Commissioner is assisted by Risk Monitoring Committee. Direksi menentukan arah kebijakan dan strategi manajemen risiko secara komprehensif beserta implementasinya. Selain itu Direksi bertanggungjawab untuk memastikan bahwa seluruh risiko yang material dan dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh risiko dimaksud telah ditindaklanjuti, termasuk pelaksanaan langkah- langkah perbaikan atas permasalahan atau penyimpangan dalam kegiatan usaha Bank yang ditemukan oleh Satuan Kerja Audit Intern SKAI. In addition The Board of Directors also responsible to ensure that all significant risk and impact posed by such risk has been address, including corrective actions has been taken of deviations in the Bank’s business activities identified by Internal Audit IA. Direksi Bank dibantu oleh Komite Manajemen Risiko Risk Management CommitteeRMC sebagai komite tertinggi dalam sistem manajemen risiko Bank. Komite Manajemen Risiko mempunyai tugas dan tanggung jawab memberikan rekomendasi kepada Direktur Utama dalam merumuskan kebijakan, strategi manajemen risiko termasuk penetapan limit serta memperbaiki atau menyempurnakan pelaksanaan manajemen risiko yang dilakukan secara berkala maupun incidental sebagai akibat dari perubahan kondisi eksternal dan internal Bank yang akan mempengaruhi kecukupan permodalan dan profil risiko. The Board of Director is assisted by The Risk Management Committee RMC, the highest committee in the Bank responsible for Risk Management. RMC is responsible to providing recommendations to the Chief Executive in formulating policies, the risk management strategies including set the limit also continually or incidentally improve Risk Management activities in line with changes of external and internal condition of the Bank which affect the Bank’s capital adequacy and Risk Profile.
