CODE OF CONDUCTS VIOLATION REPORT AND PROCESS 2016 The Company supervises Code of Conducts monitoring in continuous basis and provides Code of Conducts reporting channel. In the Code of Conducts enforcement process, throughout 2016, there were 3 discipline violation cases. Any employee who was proven committed the discipline violation act will be investigated by฀ Employee฀ Discipline฀ Violation฀ Investigation฀ Team฀ and will be punished based on degree of the violation in accordance with prevailing regulation in the Company. Sedangkan dalam ruang lingkup penegakan, Perseroan secara ketat dan simultan melakukan pengawasan atas segala bentuk tindakan-tindakan penyimpangan serta menyertakan seluruh SDM Perseroan dalam melakukan aktivitas penegakan kode etik secara suka rela. LAPORAN DAN TINDAK LANJUT PELANGGARAN KODE ETIK TAHUN 2016 Secara berkelanjutan, Perseroan melakukan pemantauan terhadap penegakan Etika Bisnis dan menyediakan fasilitas pengaduan terhadap pelanggaran Kode Etik. Dalam proses penegakkan Kode Etik, selama tahun 2016 terdapat laporan pelanggaran disiplin sebanyak 3 kasus. Karyawan yang terbukti melakukan pelanggaran disiplin, telah dilakukan pemeriksaan oleh Tim Pemeriksa Pelanggaran Disiplin Karyawan dan yang bersangkutan telah dijatuhi sanksi sesuai jenis dan tingkatan pelanggaran sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku di Perseroan.
