Pada Desember 2015, berdasarkan keputusan diluar rapat umum para pemegang saham PT Citra Waspphutowa sebagai pengganti dari rapat
umum pemegang saham, kepemilikan saham Perseroan di PT Citra Waspphutowa telah dialihkan ke PT Waskita Toll Road, dengan nilai
transaksi sebesar Rp125.000.000.000. Atas pelepasan investasi ini terdapat laba sebesar Rp75.000.000.000 dan dicatat pada pendapatan lain-
lain. In December 2015, based on the decision beyond the general meeting of the
shareholders of PT Citra Waspphutowa in lieu of the general meeting of shareholders, the Companys shareholding in PT Citra Waspphutowa been
transferred to PT Waskita Toll Road, with a transaction value of Rp125.000.000.000. On disposal of investments, there are a profit of
Rp75.000.000.000 and recorded in other income.
PT Jasamarga Bali Tol adalah perusahaan yang didirikan secara patungan dalam rangka pelaksanaan pekerjaan proyek Jalan Tol Benoa Bali,
berdasarkan Akta No. 2 tanggal 22 Agustus 2011 yang dibuat dihadapan Notaris Paulina S.S Endah Putri, SH.
PT Jasa Marga Bali Tol is a joint venture company established in order to implementation of project work Benoa Bali Toll Road, based on the Deed No. 2
dated 22 August 2011, made before a notary Paulina S.S Endah Putri, SH. Pada saat pendirian, jumlah penyertaan Perseroan sebesar

PT Gorontalo Energy is a joint venture company established to carry out engineering procurement construction project related to the construction of
PLTU 2 X 6 MW in Gorontalo, with Deed No. 4 dated 16 January 2006, made before a notary Siti Pertiwi Henny Ningsih. SH. Investment by the Company at
PT Gorontalo Energy amounted Rp6.250.000 or equal to 1 of the paid-up capital.
Penyertaan saham Perseroan kepada PT Jasamarga Bali Tol mengalami penurunan persentase kepemilikan dari 2 menjadi 1, sehubungan
dengan masuknya pemegang saham baru yaitu Pemerintah Provinsi Bali dan Pemerintah Kabupaten Badung.

Notary Abdul Latif, SH, which is corrected by Deed No. 213 dated 23 April 1974 from the same Notary, and was published in the State Gazette No. 11, dated 5
