10. Transparansi kondisi keuangan dan non keuangan Bank, laporan pelaksanaan

Good Corporate Governance dan pelaporan internal = peringkat 1 a. Bank sangat transparan dalam menyampaikan informasi keuangan dan non-keuangan kepada publik melalui homepage dan media yang memadai. Informasi berupa laporan keuangan dan non keuangan juga telah dilaporkan kepada Bank Indonesia dan stakeholder sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku. b. Cakupan informasi keuangan dan non- keuangan tersedia secara tepat waktu, lengkap, akurat, kini dan utuh. c. Bank sangat transparan menyampaikan informasi produk dan jasa melalui sarana- sarana seperti media cetak, media elektronik, website BNI, brosurleaflet, iklan, pengumuman di kantor-kantor cabang. Bank juga menerapkan pengelolaan pengaduan nasabah dengan efektif sesuai dengan peraturanketentuan yang berlaku, antara lain melalui sarana sistem Online Customer Complaint OCC untuk mempercepat proses penyelesaian nasabah dengan cepat dan dapat memantau proses penyelesaian pengaduan nasabah oleh seluruh unit yang berkompeten serta sebagai database complaint nasabah. Bank memelihara data dan informasi pribadi nasabah secara memadai d. Cakupan laporan pelaksanaan GCG sangat lengkap, akurat, kini dan utuh, telah disampaikan secara tepat waktu kepada stakeholder sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku. e. Sistem Informasi Manajemen Bank khususnya terkait Sistem Pelaporan Internal Bank mampu menyediakan data dan informasi dengan sangat tepat waktu, akurat, lengkap dan sangat handal serta efektif untuk pengambilan keputusan manajemen.

a. Rencana jangka pendek Bank Rencana Bisnis BankBusiness Plan฀sesuai฀dengan฀Visi฀dan฀ Misi Bank serta rencana jangka panjang Rencana KorporasiCorporate Plan. c. The Bank has been exceptionally transparent in publishing financial and non-financial information to the public through its homepage and media. Information in the form of financial and non-financial reports has also been submitted to Bank Indonesia and stakeholders in compliance with existing policies. b. Financial and non-financial information is available in a timely, comprehensive, accurate, updated, and integrated manner. c. The Bank has been highly transparent in delivering information on products and services through channels such as the print media, electronic media, BNI website, brochures leaflets, advertisements and announcements in branch offices. The Bank also effectively handles customer complaints in accordance with existing regulations policies, among others through the Online Customer Complaint OCC system to expedite the handling of customer complaints and allows for the monitoring of resolving these grievances by the relevant competent units, and also serves as a database for customer complaints. The Bank sufficiently maintains customer personal data and information. d. The coverage of GCG implementation report is very comprehensive, accurate, update, and complete, with timely delivery to stakeholders according to prevailing regulations. e. The Bank’s Management Information System particularly with regard to its Internal Reporting System is capable of providing timely, accurate, comprehensive, reliable, and effective data and information for management decision making.
