Budi Suyono SH, Notary in Pekanbaru and has been approved by the Minister of Justice and Human Rights Republic of Indonesia No. AHU-16224.AH.01.02.Tahun 2010, dated March 30, 2010. Dari Rp600.000.000.000 enam ratus milyar rupiah menjadi Rp3.280.000.000.000 tiga triliun dua ratus delapan puluh milyar rupiah yang terbagi dalam 3.280.000 tiga juta dua ratus delapan puluh ribu saham dengan nominal masing-masing Rp1.000.000 satu juta rupiah yang terdiri atas 150.000 seratus lima puluh ribu saham dengan hak suara khusus dan 3.130.000 tiga juta seratus tiga puluh ribu saham biasa.
