verifikasi fisik
dan administrasi ke Daop Divre.
Sesuai berita acara verifikasi, dibuatkan surat pembayaran PSO dari DJKA ke
Kementerian Keuangan. Based on verification report, DJKA

Kementerian Keuangan
mentransfer dana PSO ke kas PT KAI.
Pada saat akhir tahun setelah audit, PT KAI
membuat laporan
pertanggung- jawaban anggaran PSO. Jika hasil audit
menyatakan lebih bayar maka PT KAI mengembalikan ke kas negara dan jika
terdapat kurang bayar maka PT KAI bisa menagihkan
ke Pemerintah
c.q. Kementerian Keuangan.

report. If the audit states there is an overpayment then PT KAI return to the
state
treasury and if
there is
an underpayment PT KAI could be billed to
the Government through Ministry of Finance.

Perusahaan diperlakukan
sebagai pengurang
beban operasi
tidak langsung dan diakui saat terjadinya sesuai
dengan nilai kontrak antara Pemerintah dan Perusahaan sebagai penyelenggara.
Dari keseluruhan kereta ekonomi, tahun ini terdapat 69 nama KA yang mendapatkan
