Short-Term Loan or in short KJP is a short-term credit facility with the media of withdrawal in the form of promissary given to debtor with the purpose of utilizing the Bank’s excess liquidity to be productive asset, to finance working capital needs or short term cash flow deficit of the prospective debtor. Supply Chain Financing atau SCF adalah Fasilitas yang disediakan oleh Bank kepada PrincipalBuyer untuk digunakan membayar tagihan Supplier dalam rangka pengadaan barang danatau jasa. Perubahan produk SCF pada bulan Oktober 2016 yang semula dicatat pada GL KYD menjadi dicatat sebagai GL Tagihan kedepannya diharapkan mampu meningkatkan fee based transaksi trade. Rencana dan Strategi di Tahun 2017 Optimalisasi penyaluran kredit korporasi dan komersial melalui: a. Kredit Komersial dengan review pricing baik cash loan maupun non cash loan b. Kredit segmen korporasi dengan melakukan diversifikasi sektor industri pembiayaan c. Penggalian potensi product holding debitur kelolaan d. Mengembangkan aliansi bisnis yang berbasis cross selling guna mengembangkan potensi value chain dari nasabah. Mikro bank bjb membagi 2dua penanganan kredit mikro yaitu dengan dibentuknya Divisi Kredit UMKM dan Divisi BPR dan LKM yang disahkan pada SK Direksi Nomor 621SK-DIR PS2015 tanggal 1 Juli 2015. Pembagian tersebut dilakukan guna memaksimalkan ekspansi kredit bank bjb kepada sektor mikro, baik penyaluran kredit ritel maupun kepada lembaga keuangan. Adapun pencapaian kredit kelolaan kedua Divisi tersebut diuraikan ke dalam bentuk tabel sebagai berikut. Micro Micro credit products consist of Rural Bank Loans and Cooperative Loan. Total of micro loans channeling in 2016 was Rp2.13 trillion, with nett growth of Rp784.83 billion, total Gross expansion of Rp1.53 trillion and Run Off of Rp747.06 billion. This increase comes from the rural bank credit which grew by 64.84 or Rp708.40 billion from Rp1.09 trillion in 2015 to Rp1.8 trillion in 2016. Rural Banks BPR and Micro Financial Institution LKM Credit Development of BPR and LKM credit position for the period of December 2015 to December 2016 is as follows. Di sisi lain, layanan yang ditawarkan oleh Divisi Kredit UMKM TINJAUAN OPERASIONAL oPeRaTional RevieW annual report 2016 187 Growing Together with new expanding opportunities mencakup layanan PESAT Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat Terpadu yang mencakup Program Pesat Sehat dan Produktif, Program Pesat Kapasitas Usaha, dan Program Pesat Wirausaha Baru. Selain layanan PESAT, bank bjb juga menyajikan pelayanan di bidang account maintenance melalui layanan Cash Pick Up. Layanan–layanan inilah yang menjadi keunggulan dari Divisi Kredit UMKM. Kinerja Kredit UMKM Tahun 2016 Selama tahun 2016, total pencairan kredit Divisi Kredit UMKM adalah sebesar Rp791,94 miliar, meningkat dibandingkan tahun 2015 yang sebesar Rp506 miliar. Di sisi lain, total outstanding kredit Divisi Kredit UMKM mengalami penurunan dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya dari Rp1,97 triliun di tahun 2015 menjadi sebesar Rp1,39 triliun di tahun 2016. Hal ini dikarenakan untuk perbaikan kualitas portofolio kredit UMKM, dimana debitur yang masuk kategori kolektibilitas 3 sampai dengan kolektibilitas 5, pada periode sebelum tahun 2015 memang didorong untuk dilakukan pelunasan atau penyelesaian kredit, dan impactnya adalah terjadi koreksi pada angka outstanding kredit UMKM pada tahun 2016 dibanding tahun 2015, sedangkan untuk pencairan kredit yang dimulai pada tahun 2016 memiliki kualitas kredit yang sangat baik dengan tingkat pengembalian pembayaran angsuran repayment rate di atas 98. In addition to PESAT, bank bjb also provides services in account maintenance through Cash Pick Up servics. These services that become the advantaes of MSME Credit Division. UMKM Loan Performance 2016 During 2016, UMKM Credit Division total credit disbursement amounted of Rp791.94 billion, an increase compared to 2015 which amounted to Rp506 billion. On the other hand, the total UMKM Credit Division loans outstanding was decreased compared to the previous year from Rp1.97 trillion in 2015 to RpRp1.39 trillion in 2016. This is due to quality improvements of UMKM loan portfolios, where the debtor which were categorized as collectibility 3 up to collectibility 5, in the period before 2015 were encouraged to do the repayment or credit settlement, and this impacted to the UMKM loans outstanding number correction in 2016 compared to 2015, while for the credit disbursement that began in 2016 has a very good credit quality with return installment payments rate repayment rate were above 98.Parts
