Hal ini tercermin dari pemenuhan yang memadai atas prinsip-prinsip Good Corporate Governance. Faktor-faktor positif aspek governance structure bank bjb adalah: • Komposisi pengurus bank bjb pada Desember 2015 yaitu anggota Dewan Komisaris berjumlah 4 empat orang dan Direksi berjumlah 7 tujuh orang yang memiliki integritas, kompetensi dan reputasi keuangan yang baik. Hal tersebut di dukung dengan hasil fit and proper test yang dilakukan oleh OJK dimana Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi telah dinyatakan lulus fit and proper test; • Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi tidak melaksanakan rangkap jabatan kecuali terhadap hal-hal yang telah ditetapkan dalam Peraturan Bank Indonesia tentang Pelaksanaan GCG bagi Bank Umum dan peraturan lainnya; • Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi tidak saling memiliki hubungan keluarga sampai dengan derajat kedua dengan sesama anggota Dewan Komisaris danatau Direksi; • bank bjb telah menyempurnakan struktur organisasi sesuai dengan kompleksitas usahanya dan menempatkan Direksi sesuai dengan bidang tugasnya masing-masing; conclusion: Based on the analysis of all the above criteriaindicators of the assessment, it can be concluded that: a.
