Sehingga, parameter keberhasilan adalah dengan mengedepankan prinsip moral dan etis, yakni menggapai hasil terbaik tanpa merugikan kelompok masyarakat lainnya. Bank bjb menganut prinsip bahwa yang mengajarkan agar suatu pihak memperlakukan pihak lain sama seperti apa yang mereka ingin diperlakukan. Dalam ISO 26000, CSR meliputi 7 tujuh isu pokok, yaitu: 1 Organizational Governance, 2 Hak Asasi Manusia, 3 Ketenagakerjaan, 4 Lingkungan Hidup, 5 Praktik Kegiatan Institusi yang Adil, 6 Isu Konsumen, dan 7 Pelibatan dan Pengembangan Masyarakat. bank bjb realizes that corporate social responsibility CSR implementation is a moral responsibility to the stakeholders. bank bjb is committed that with or without legal regulation, the Company will always highly uphold morality. In regards to that matter, in implementing CSR bank bjb uses ISO 26000: Guidance Standard on Social Responsibility as guideline. In ISO 26000, CSR covers 7 seven main issues, which are: 1 Organizational Governance, 2 Human Rights, 3 Employment, 4 Environment, 5 The Practice of Fair Institution Activity, 6 Consumer Issue, and 7 Community Engagement and Development.
