PROSPEK USAHA PERKIRAAN KONDISI MAKRO 2017 Kondisi ekonomi yang terjadi di belahan dunia lain ikut memberikan dampak terhadap perekonomian Indonesia. Faktor global yang berpengaruh antara lain rencana normalisasi the fed, penurunan harga minyak dunia yang menyebabkan turunnya harga komoditas, serta perlambatan ekonomi Tiongkok yang membawa pengaruh buruk bagi kinerja sektor riil maupun finansial Indonesia. Untuk merespon kondisi ekonomi global dan memperkuat ketahanan ekonomi nasional, pemerintah telah mengeluarkan sejumlah kebijakan antara lain: 1. Kebijakan moneter dan kurs tukar valuta yang dilakukan secara hati hati berkontribusi terhadap penurunan inflasi dan menstabilkan Rupiah 2. Harga energi yang rendah sebagai dampak turunnya harga komoditas hasil bumi terutama minyak bumi 3. Paket-paket kebijakan ekonomi sebagai stimulus untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi 12 Paket kebijakan ekonomi sampai dengan akhir Juli 2016, paket kebijakan tersebut antara lain berisi deregulasi peraturan investasi dan debirokratisasi, pemberian insentif perpajakan, stabilisasi nilai tukar rupiah, peningkatan daya beli masyarakat, penyederhanaan izin pertanahan. Dengan kebijakan moneter yang kuat dan dukungan kebijakan fiskal oleh pemerintah telah mendorong peningkatan sentimen dunia usaha. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil survei kegiatan dunia usaha yang dilakukan oleh Bank Indonesia pada triwulan II tahun 2016 tumbuh lebih tinggi dari periode sebelumnya yang tercermin dalam Saldo Bersih Tertimbang SBT mencapai sebesar 18,40 grafik 1 dibandingkan Triwulan I tahun 2016 yang hanya mencapai SBT sebesar 3,41 grafik 1. Adapun hampir semua kegiatan usaha terindikasi mengalami kenaikan, namun yang tertinggi adalah pada sektor perdagangan, hotel dan restoran yang mencapai SBT 3,69 grafik 2 yang. Peningkatan tertinggi selanjutnya adalah sektor industri pengolahan yang mencapai SBT 3,41 grafik 2. Sebagian besar peningkatan tersebut didorong oleh naiknya permintaan domestik yang sejalan dengan faktor musiman Hari Raya Besar.
