twenty billion rupiah with details as follows:

Rp.1.547.124.000 atau 61.88 dengan rincian sebagaimana yang diuraikan pada bagian lain dari lampiran ini.

4 Menyetujui masuknya sebagai
pemegang saham baru Perseroan Pemkab Mitra yang
menerima hibah sebagian saham milik Pemkab Minsel
berdasarkan Akta Pemindahan Hak Hibah atas saham tanggal
8 bulan Mei tahun 2015 nomor 4, sebanyak 10 lembar saham
dengan nilai nominalsebesar Rp. 1.000.000.
Dengan ditindak lanjut dengan mencatatkan Pemkab Minahasa
Tenggara sebagai Pemegang Saham Shareholder pada pembukuan
Bank dengan nomor accunting GSL 330.0625.
Approved the entry as a new shareholder of the Company
Mitra Regency Government who received a grant of shares
owned by the Government of South Minahasa based on Deed
of Transfer of Rights Hibah on the shares dated May 8,
2015 number 4, as many as 10 shares with nominal value of
Rp1,000,000. Followed by listing Southeast
Minahasa regency as Shareholder on accounting of Bank with accounting
number GSL 330.0625.
5 Menyetujui kepemilikan saham
PT. MEGA CORPORA sebanyak 24,90 dari seluruh saham
yang telah dikeluarkan oleh Perseroan.
Menegaskan share kepemilikan saham PT. Mega Corpora dari 24.99
menjadi 24.90. Approved the ownership of
shares of PT. MEGA CORPORA of 24.90 of all shares issued by the
Company. Airmed the share ownership of
PT. Mega Corpora from 24.99 to 24.90.
