Obligasi Bank Pembangunan Sulawesi Utara II diterbitkan tahun 1993 dengan nilai nominal sebesar Rp20.000.000.000
dengan tingkat bunga tetap per tahun sebesar 15.Obligasi ini telah jatuh tempo dan dilunasi tanggal 30 Desember 1998.
Obligasi Bank SulutGo III diterbitkan tanggal 29 April 2005 dengan nilai nominal sebesar Rp200.000.000.000 dengan
tingkat bunga tetap per tahun sebesar 12,75. Obligasi ini memiliki jangka waktu lima tahun yang berakhir pada
tanggal 12 Mei 2010. Obligasi ini telah dilunasi.

Bank SulutGo IV Tahun 2010 DenganTingkat Bunga Tetap dan Obligasi Subordinasi Bank SulutGo I Tahun 2010 Dengan
Tingkat Bunga Tetap, Bank telah menerbitkan Obligasi Bank SulutGo IV sebesar Rp390.000.000.000 dengan tingkat bunga
tetap per tahun sebesar 12 dan Obligasi Subordinasi Bank SulutGo I sebesar Rp10.000.000.000 dengan tingkat bunga
tetap sebesar 12,20. Obligasi ini memiliki jangka waktu lima tahun yang berakhir pada tanggal 9 April 2016.
Bank SulutGo per-Oktober tahun 2015 mengeluarkan Obligasi yaitu, Obligasi Bank SulutGo V Tahun 2015 Dengan
Tingkat Bunga Tetap. Nilai Emisi Rp750.000.000.000,- dengan tingkat Bunga Tetap sebesar 11,90 per tahun. Tanggal
Penerbitan 9 Oktober 2015. Jatuh tempo 9 Oktober 2019. Pembayaran Bunga setiap 3 tiga bulan. Hasil Pemeringkatan

Bagi perusahaan, pengembangan kualitas sumber daya manusia SDM dilakukan sebagai

Pengembangan sumber daya manusia adalah upaya berkesinambungan meningkatkan mutu sumber
daya manusia dalam arti yang seluas-luasnya, melalui pendidikan, latihan, dan pembinaan. Pengembangan
sumber daya manusia juga merupakan cara efektif untuk menghadapi beberapa tantangan, termasuk keusangan
atau ketertinggalan karyawan. Dengan dapat teratasinya tantangan-tantangan airmative action dan turnover
karyawan, pengembangan sumber daya manusia dapat menjaga atau mempertahankan tenaga kerja yang efektif.
Pengembangan merupakan suatu cara efektif untuk menghadapi beberapa tantangan yang di hadapi oleh
perusahaan. Tantangan-tantangan ini mencakup keusangan karyawan, perubahan-perubahan sosioteknis dan perputaran
tenaga kerja. Kemampuan untuk mengatasi tantangan- tantangan tersebut merupakan faktor penentu keberhasilan
perusahaan dalam mempertahankan sumber daya manusia yang efektif.
Pengembangan biasanya berhubungan dengan peningkatan kemampuan intelektual atau emosional yang
diperlukan untuk menjalankan pekerjaan dengan lebih baik. Pengembangan berpijak pada fakta bahwa seorang
karyawan akan membutuhkan pengetahuan, keahlian, dan

Development stands on the fact that an employee will need knowledge, skills, and developing abilities, in order to work well

Persiapan karir jangka panjang dari seorang karyawan untuk serangkaian posisi inilah yang dimaksud dengan
pengembangan karyawan.
Dalam mengembangkan Sumber Daya Manusia perusahaan, manajemen menerapkan strategi melalui kebijakan-
kebijakan berikut : 1. Pengembangan Career Path serta sistem reward and
punishment yang berbasis pada implementasi Key Performance Indicator KPI korporat ke unit kerja dan
unit kerja ke individu.
2. Sistem diklat yang terarah dan berkualitas serta dipandu oleh kurikulum dan infrastruktur yang memadai.
3. Peningkatan kesejahteraan pegawai yang terencana, berkesimbangun serta mempertimbangkan
perkembangan makro ekonomi dan kemampuan perusahaan.
4. Implementasi usia pensiun 58 tahun dan perencanaan program pensiun dini.
5. Melanjutkan secara bertahap penataan ulang pemberian system remunerasi pegawai dengan membedakan
antara pejabat struktural mempunyai bawahan dan pejabat fungsional tidak mempunyai bawahan, dengan
melakukan penyederhanaan dalam struktur gajinya.
6. Menaikan gaji, tunjangan dan fasilitas-fasilitas lainnya seperti uang makanminum, penggantian biaya listrik,
biaya telpon, air yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi dan keuangan bank.
7. Melanjutkan program pensiun pegawai yang baru termasuk pegawai kontrak akan diikutsertakan pada
program pensiun iuran pasti imbal pasca kerja yang dikelola oleh lembaga keuangan asuransi.

PROFIL KARYAWAN
Hingga 31 Desember 2016, jumlah Karyawan Bank SulutGo tercatat
berjumlah 1769 orang. Jumlah tersebut mengalami penurunan dibandingkan
jumlah karyawan tahun 2015 yaitu 1.781 orang, dengan keberagaman
gender, usia, pendidikan, dan jabatan sebagaimana berikut ini.
JUMLAH PEGAWAI BERDASARKAN GENDER
Sampai dengan tahun 2016 jumlah pegawai Bank SulutGo sebanyak 1769
orang, dengan komposis Pria sebanyak 1,105 orang dan wanita sebanyak 664
orang. Terjadi pengurangan pegawai pria sebanyak 4 orang dan wanita
sebanyak 8 orang dibandingkan tahun 2015. Komposis pegawai berdasarkan

JUMLAH PEGAWAI BERDASARKAN
JENJANG PENDIDIKAN
Ditinjau berdasarkan jenjang pendidikan karyawan, terdapat variasi
untuk masing-masing tingkatan pendidikan. Jumlah terbesar adalah
pegawai dengan latar pendidikan sarjana yakni sebanyak 1027 orang.
Namun terjadi penurunan pegawai dengan latar pendidikan sarjana
sebanyak 8 orang dibandingkan tahun 2015 yang berjumlah 1.035
orang. Komposis pegawai berdasarkan jabatan tergambar pada tabel dibawah
ini:

Judging by employee education, there are variations for each level of education.
The largest number is employees with undergraduate education as much as
1027 people. However, there is a decrease of employees with an undergraduate
education background as much as 8 people compared to 2015 which
amounted to 1035 people. Composition of employees by position is shown in the
table below:

3 orang dan S2 sebanyak 2 orang. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Bank
SulutGo berkomitmen untuk meningkatkan kompetensi akademis
karyawan. Bank SulutGo memberikan kesempatan kepada setiap karyawan
dengan persyaratan tertentu untuk melanjutkan jenjang pendidikan yang
lebih tinggi. Dengan semakin tingginya tingkat pendidikan karyawan,
diharapkan akan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerjanya dan dapat
memberikan dampak yang positif terhadap kinerja Bank.
JUMLAH PEGAWAI BERDASARKAN USIA
Usia pegawai yang dominan berada pada rentang usai 26 s.d 30 tahun,
didominasi oleh pegawai yang berlatar belakang pendidikan S1 sarjana, dan
pada usia tersebut memiliki jenjang karir dan pengalaman kerja yang
cukup. Karyawan dengan usia tersebut sebagian sudah berada dan menduduki
di level senior dan bahkan beberapa sudah dipercaya menduduki beberapa
jabatan struktural baik dicabang maupun di cabang pembantu.
Terjadi penurunan jumlah pegawai pada usia diatas 50 tahun sebanyak
5 orang dibandingkan tahun 2015. Komposis pegawai berdasarkan
jabatan tergambar pada tabel dibawah ini:

employee education, it is expected to have a positive efect on its performance
and can have a positive impact on the Bank’s performance.
NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES BY AGE
The dominant employee age is in the range of 26 till 30 years old, dominated
by employee with education background S1 undergraduate, and at that age have
career level and enough work experience. Employees of that age are partially
located and occupied at senior level and even some have been trusted to occupy
several structural positions both in the branch and in the sub-branch.
There is a decrease in the number of employees at the age above 50 years as
many as 5 people compared to 2015. Employee-based composition is shown in
the table below:

HUBUNGAN INDUSTRIAL
Dalam mengelola hubungan industrial, Bank SulutGo mengedepankan skema musyawarah dengan menyediakan
saluran komunikasi yang dapat digunakan oleh seluruh pegawai dalam menyampaikan aspirasi, masukan ataupun
keluhan terhadap Manajemen.Selain itu, setiap karyawan memiliki hak dan kewajiban yang telah disampaikan secara
rinci serta Perusahaan memberikan kesempatan yang setara kepada seluruh karyawan untuk memiliki keterwakilan dan
hak untuk menyampaikan pendapat secara setara melalui mekanisme-mekanisme yang telah disepakati oleh kedua
belah pihak.

PELATIHANSEMINAR YANG SUDAH DILAKSANAKAN
Bank SulutGo melaksanakan sistem manajemen SDM berbasis kompetensi secara konsisten dengan menerapkan ketentuan
bahwa pengembangan karyawan dilakukan melalui peningkatan kompetensi SDM sesuai persyaratan yang
ditentukan untuk setiap level, dan pengelolaan calon-calon pemimpin masa depan dilakukan melalui penyempurnaan
sistem pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia. Untuk maksud tersebut, Bank SulutGo telah melaksanakan sebanyak 319
program pendidikan dan pelatihan selama tahun 2016 yang dilaksanakan oleh berbagai lembaga seperti:

TRAINING SEMINAR THAT HAS BEEN IMPLEMENTED
Bank SulutGo implements a competency-based HR management system consistently by applying the stipulation that employee

KESEMPATAN YANG SAMA UNTUK MENDAPATKAN PELATIHAN
Seluruh pegawai mempunyai kesempatan yang sama untuk mendapatkan pelatihan dalam rangka meningkatkan
kompetensinya. Untuk itu, pada tahun 2016 Bank SulutGo melakukan penajaman kompetensi proil posisi-posisi bisnis,
dan telah dilakukan inisiatif-inisiatif di bidang pengembangan pegawai, dan pada tahun 2016 hampir seluruh pegawai yang
telah diikutkan dalam pelatihan dengan realisasi anggaran sebesar Rp36,929juta atau 7.16 dari total biaya tenaga kerja.

Bank SulutGo will strengthen the competency proile of business positions, and initiatives in the ield of employee development
have been established, and by 2016 almost all employees who have been included in the training with budget realization
amounted to Rp36.929 million or 7.16 of total labor costs.
BEBAN BIAYA SDM
Guna memberikan dukungan atas kebutuhan seluruh pegawai, maka Bank SulutGo ditahun 2016 telah
mengeluarkan beban personalia sebesar Rp515,595 juta dimana terjadi peningkatan sebesar 41.27 dibandingkan
tahun 2015 yakni sebesar Rp375.130 juta, sebagaimana yang tergambar pada tabel dibawah ini.
