1. Tantangan Strategi Bidang SDM
Strategi bidang SDM dalam menghadapi tantangan ke depan adalah strategi inisiatif yang menitikberatkan pada aspek SDM Personalia dan Organisasi. Aspek yang muncul dari SDM Personalia adalah : • Penataan SDM menurut kualiikasi kompetensi dan kaderisasi kepemimpinan di setiap strata; • Reposisioning komposisi Sumber Daya Manusia; • Peningkatan pengetahuan dan penyelarasan antara pengetahuan yang diminta oleh Organisasi Perusahaan dan pengetahuan individu, agar tidak terjadi gap jurang pemisah di antara keduanya dalam wujud Knowledge Management. Aspek Organisasi meliputi : • Mereview struktur organisasi yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan; • Merevitalisasi organik dalam BagianUnit untuk memperoleh kinerja yang efektif dan eisien; • Internalisasi budaya perusahaan melalui tata cara presensi untuk kedisiplinan, pendalaman tata nilai, agar meningkatkan rasa memiliki terhadap perusahaan.2. Sasaran strategi bidang SDM PTPN XII Persero meliputi : • Pertumbuhan perusahaan secara berkelanjutan. • Sumber daya Manusia Perusahaan setara ataupun memenuhi kriteria kelas dunia. The Company Long Term Plant of 2010 -2014 PTPN XII Persero emphasizes the frame of Human Resources as professional human capital to face the globalization challenges. The improvement of quality level of Human Resources is still the main purpose of the activities dine by the Human Resources in 2010. By the improvement of quality level of Human Resources, it is expected that PTPN XII Persero, would be able to improve the company performance to face the tight business competition. The Program of Integrated Competency Based Human Resources Management System ICBHRMS is the proper tool to achieve the above mentioned purpose. In 2010, this program has completed the Competency Based Development Program CBDP. The company value, i.e. SPIRIT Synergy, Professionalism, Integrity, Responsibility, Innovation, Transparency is the people guideline for PTPN XII Persero in behaving either in the oicial duties or in social life.1.
